Our weekly fees are inclusive of accommodation, all meals and refreshments, 24-hour personalised care and support, assistance with personal care, medication administration, utilities, housekeeping, laundry, and a programme of social and recreational activities.
Fees do not usually include personal expenses such as hairdressing, chiropody/podiatry, newspapers, personal toiletries, specialist equipment, or external professional services unless arranged as part of an agreed care plan.
Local Authority–funded placements may be subject to a third-party top-up where applicable. Any top-up arrangements will be discussed transparently in advance and confirmed in writing.
All fees are agreed following a full needs assessment to ensure clarity, affordability, and suitability before admission.
