The staff and management at Lloyd Park really looked after dad and genuinely cared for his physical and emotional needs. Communication was excellent and everything possible was done to make dad comfortable at the end of life. The staff were kind and sympathetic to dad and to us. COVID rules were well
implemented.

Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
My ratings are based on limited knowledge, as when I visit my friend, I only experience 'life' in the main sitting room and her own room. However, based on this, I find the care home to be a friendly place, with polite and caring staff and my friend seems happy with the care and service she receives.
