My mother has bee at home Park since December 2017. During that time I have found the staff to be friendly, professional and very caring. This includes kitchen staff, office, nurses and carers (day and night) and the maintenance person and gardeners. Residents are treated with dignity. Their food...
My mother has bee at home Park since December 2017. During that time I have found the staff to be friendly, professional and very caring. This includes kitchen staff, office, nurses and carers (day and night) and the maintenance person and gardeners. Residents are treated with dignity. Their food is planned according to diet and their health requirements. There are regular activities including singers each month and a theatre company who do a pantomime and musical each year. The rooms are very clean and clothes laundered and care in dressing is noticeable. Regular visits by hairdresser and chiropodists too.

Since my Mum arrived, the staff have been brilliant. The food is great. The hairdresser did a great job. It is always clean. The staff are approachable and warm. Overall it feels like one big family, which is lovely considering the circumstances.
