I was welcomed when I arrived, and am grateful to be here where I am helped and feel safe. WHenever I press the buzzer someone will come and attend to your needs. The staff are very kind. I don't want to go any other place as I am settled and happy to stay.

He has dementia that the family struggle to understand but it is so reassuring to be told when we ask that his behaviour is normal which is lovely. We have met some of the other residents and they have told us that they love it here - there are extensive renovations which indicates real investment in this home.

My Mother was welcomed into Greensleeves Care Home in February 2026. Her room was sensitively prepared with consideration of her needs and personal items. Ever since then she has been given the best of care, with kindness and compassion and the highest attention to detail, for example, in helping her to the toilet, watching that she does not fall, and in providing nutritional meals prepared in attractive and palatable ways, including drinks when she asks. Very friendly staff, with a lovely atmosphere. Room is a little small and the TV needs to have a proper aerial connection. Dad has settled in very well in a fairly short space of time, knowing he is here has given our family peace of mind.
