The moment you step into Tile House you get a feeling of love and a family atmosphere. The staff are very attentive and caring to all the residents. The building is clean and well maintained and the food is excellent. The home is run by a very efficient and approachable management team. I am very fortunate that my wife is loved and cared for in such a perfect environment.

I have nothing but praise for the care my husband is receiving at Tile House. The staff are so kind and he could not be looked after better in any way. They seem to care about him as an individual despite his dementia. Tile House has such a happy atmosphere - it is a delight to visit my husband there.

My husband arrived at Tile House in September 2024 with Alzheimer's increasingly progressing. In the 8 months of residency the staff attended to his needs, professionally, caring with patience at challenging times. During his last days the staff ensured his comfort and gave 24-hour watch. I would recommend Tile House without hesitation.

Overall Experience

My mother has been a resident in Tile House for over 2 years. During this time family and friends have maintained contact with her on a regular basis, facilitating outside visits and trips to maintain her quality of life. This has been a great supplement to the wonderful Tile House environment which has consistently provided high levels of quality care and support. The staff and management are a great team - cheerful, courteous, welcoming and sensitive to the needs of residents and families. Communication is excellent. A range of interesting and stimulating activities are provided in the house and garden setting during the year. The house is well-decorated, clean, warm and inviting, creating a good atmosphere. I unhesitatingly recommend Tile House to any prospective client!
