Our fees are charged per person, per week. We do not require a deposit and we do not require a guarantor. This will include the provision of personal care, food and drink, heating, lighting, equipment, laundry, insurance of personal items, and in-house activities.
These fees are valid between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2026 and are reviewed annually. The Registered Manager will assess you prior to admission to determine the level of care provision required. During a stay at Framland, fees can change if the level of care you need increases or if there is a change in the law which significantly impacts the cost of your care. You will be given one month’s notice of any changes in fees.
We have three levels of care provision at Framland:
• Basic residential care: this is where the assessed needs are relatively uncomplicated and where mechanical or technical assistance is rarely needed.
• Higher dependency: this is where the assessed needs are complex and where mechanical or technical assistance is intermittently needed.
• Enhanced care: this is where assessed needs are highly complex and where mechanical or technical assistance is frequently needed. We charge for dementia care at this rate.
If you intend to pay your own fees, you are expected to have liquid funds to meet the home's fees for a minimum of two years. If you have any queries about paying for your care feel free to contact the managers to discuss this.
These prices are only a guideline, please contact Framland to find out the exact price for your requirements.

Maraya left Fiji in 2000 to join the British Army as a chef at 19, straight after completing sixth form. She served for five years with the Royal Army Dental Corps as a dental nurse and then supported her family during her husband's postings to Germany and Canada.
Maraya started her journey in the health & social care sector as a night carer in 2015, working her way up to the role of senior carer and then team leader. She then became a deputy and finally a registered home manager, working first in a new-build residential and dementia care setting and then in a nursing home.
A member of her local church, Maraya enjoys attending Bible studies and services and is always happy to help out with events. Outside of work, she also enjoys supporting her boys with their rugby, playing netball, gardening, reading, and meeting new friends.
‘Dave is a proud Yorkshire man who travelled the world but found Jesus in Norwich at a Billy Graham event. Having started his working life as an artist and graphic designer, he was called into Christian ministry at the age of 21. Roles he has taken on have included Christian Youth Work with YFC, Youth Pastor & Evangelist, Drug & Alcohol treatment worker, Youth Advisor and Toilet-roll Maker. Dave describes himself as a genuinely shy man who God put on the frontline of service.
As our Activities & Community Engagement (ACE) Facilitator at Framland, Dave oversees the programme of activities, which includes managing the team of volunteers. He loves working with older people, especially hearing the stories of the amazing lives they have lived.
By his own admission he is someone you will not find on a sports field but rather in the warmth, playing his guitar or reading a book.
A proud father of four and grandfather of 10, he, together with his wife, enjoys the adventure of all that life and world has to reveal.’
Miriam became a committed Christian as a teenager and has subsequently served her local church, including working as an administrator for a church in Cardiff.
Since moving into the area, she has supported the work of Framland and attended their special events, including playing the cello for their Christmas services and at the annual garden party. She loves being part of the Framland staff team, helping to provide a caring and compassionate home for the family members.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and baking, and spending time with her family.
