Review from Ian A (Son-in-law of Resident) published on 22 August 2016 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My Mother-in-Law has been a resident at Brookfield for over a year now and really enjoys staying there. She is very well looked after and cared for, she is always clean and well dressed. Due to her dementia, she has had some challenging behaviour, also some illnesses and the manager and all the carers have been lovely, very supportive and treat her with a lot of dignity. They also keep us informed of what's happening and needed. I know her daughter (my wife) and Mother-in-Law are very happy at Brookfield and would highly recommend it.

Review from Jose P (Resident / Service User) published on 11 July 2016 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

This home was suggested to me for respite care when I was released from hospital following a short stay after suffering a nervous problem. I can say the staff and care i received helped to rebuild my confidence and strength with excellent food and kindness. I am still here but I shall be very sad to leave. The manager is excellent and has been a friend as well as carer and I consider all the staff as friends.
