Over all time Brackendale House has 3 reviews.
My brother has been a resident since last Summer. He has got a fabulous room with all the facilities he could want. The location is also excellent, offering many local amenities within easy walking distance. The staff are warm and welcoming, professional and caring, making my brother immediately comfortable and enabling him to quickly make new friends and settle in straight away. Nothing seems too much trouble for all the staff, although my brother is encouraged and supported in being as independent as he wants to be. I am happy because my brother is happy.
Thank you for taking the time to complete the review and for your kind words.
I've been in social care for years now. The staff got to know me best, out of all the places I have been the ladies know me best at Brackendale House Care Home.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
