Luminous Care Group are proud to support the residents of Crossways Residential Home, a welcoming 24-bed care home located just a short five-minute walk from the beautiful Sheringham seafront and town centre. There are transport links close by, including the award-winning heritage railway, the Poppy Line.

Crossways offers a warm and homely atmosphere, surrounded by a lovely garden where residents can relax, enjoy nature, and socialise. The team provides person centred support tailored to each individual’s needs, with a focus on dignity, comfort, and well-being. There are many activities to choose from, and the home has strong links with local North Norfolk groups. Hearty home baked food is the norm with lots of choice on offer.

The experienced and friendly care team ensure that every resident feels safe, supported, and part of a caring community. They believe that everyone should have the opportunity to lead a meaningful and happy life.

On arrival at Crossways you are always greeted with a smiling person, whatever their position. You sense the feeling of a comfortable secure home, which is the essence of Crossways. It is after all their clients home, which should never be lost.The enviroment promotes self sufficiency.
All the clients
look very happy and lead active lives with excellent staff support when needed and their three monthly meetings are a joy to attend.
The transition of management has been dealt with slowly and thoroughly involving the residents in every decission.
Please may this continue so the excellent reputation of Crossways continues!!!!!!

A difficult situation with new owners taking over, handled very well. Resident who can be very anxious was well supported and given confidence during a difficult time including a room change. The new management have worked hard to make sure the handover has been as smooth as possible.
