Come to visit the home twice a week, play scrabble with one of the residents who is 103. Staff are polite and treat them well.

The home is very good. Treated well, staff all polite and caring. Food very good. Activities very good with lots of choices.

My father has been a resident since January 2018. He receives excellent care and support from everyone in the home. He is really happy being there and is a great relief to me knowing that he is being cared for excellently.

My dad was a resident for just over 3 years and passed away from bowel cancer 28/01/2018. During his last few weeks, the care shown to him was amazing. Respect and care for his well being. Always trying to ensure his wishes were adhered to. Talking to him and recognising his capacity to make his own
decisions. The staff were extremely supportive of me and especially making sure I knew what was going on. I would have given them excellent for everything but there seems to be a shortage of staff, in as much as they are rushed off their feet. They have the minimum required, but I would like to see them less stressed. Head office take note!

The carers are very special, it's wonderful for my father to receive personal care. I feel like it's an extended family. They don't patronise him and treat him with kindness and dignity at all times. they listen to our opinions at all times.

The Maltings staff are exceptional. When I leave my mum after visiting, I know that she is in good safe care and couldn't be looked after any better. No complaints whatsever about anything.My mum is the happiest I have seen her for years.
