Kay is the Registered Manager at Belvedere Lodge and has been with AbleCare since 2021. She has vast experience in elderly and dementia care and completed her Health and Social Care level 5 qualification in 2023.
Kay goes out of her way for each and every one of her residents, taking them shopping, taking them to weddings, ensuring the care received is personalized and providing a safe space for all within the home.
Kay won manager of the year at the AbleCare Awards 2023 and was a finalist in the Southwest Care Awards.
Lois is the Deputy Manager at Belvedere Lodge and has been with AbleCare since 2022. She has a dual role where she spends half her time in the office ensuring compliance is followed and the other half ensuring good standards are maintained on the shop floor.
Lois has worked her way up from a care assistant to a deputy manager and has recently enrolled on her Health and Social Care level 5 qualification.
She is passionate about supporting those with Dementia and ensuring that they receive the best care possible.
Callum joined Able Care in August 2024 with 12 years of experience in the care sector. His passion is elderly and dementia care and has successfully managed two dementia care homes. Callum will be overseeing two of the care homes within the group with a focus on maintaining high standards and improving local connections.
Callum has recently started a master's Degree in healthcare management.
