Caring and look after all the residents very well . They are kind and very helpful. They also do lots of activities with all the residents. And they all love it .

My mother moved into Frenchey house in December 25 , she is like a different person. I have visited at different times and she is always doing something or socialising with other residents . I have never seen her this happy. The staff have welcomed her and been so friendly to me and my family. I was so concerned as she was very unhappy at her previous place but from day one Frenchey house have been fantastic, I cant thank them enough.

I would thoroughly recommend this care home.

Both family and friends know that mum, nanny and friend is being looked after well and most importantly is happy. We met the new manager when my friend was in respite at another care home, when family were on holiday. We know that this lady helped so much in settling my friend in, to what was a very stressful time for her and she is now manager at Hengrove Lodge, which we were all delighted about. She can always put a smile on the residents faces. The whole ethos has changed with lots of activities, music and even days out to the coast. On my last visit a few days ago, there was karaoke, singing and even dancing, with other residents playing skittles in the other room. I have been there at lunch time and the food looked delicious. The family have been able to make my friends room like a home from home, with her favourite colours - lots of photographs and things she loves. Thank you all for caring for her.

The whole team are really engaging and easy to talk to. They feel very much like family.

Hengrove Lodge provide excellent care. My relative has been a resident for 2 years and has flourished since moving in. The change in her is remarkable, she is always smiling and mixing with staff and residents. There are always activities going on whether it be trips out, outside acts/singers or just the staff getting the residents involved in cake making, colouring in etc. when you visit there is always a happy environment. As a family it has been a relief to know that she is being looked after.

My mum has been a resident since April and has settled in better than thought she would. I'm really impressed with the care and compassion that the staff provide. It's a relief to know that when I leave after visiting her she will be well cared for.

I liked everything about Crossley House where my Dad was on a month's placement. The staff I met were all incredibly kind, caring and competent - not just with Dad but with me too. I had no worries at all about my Dad's safety, medication, cleanliness, or nutrition. I know that Dad grew very fond of the staff too. In addition, the building, garden and facilities are beautiful & well maintained.

We are so grateful to Hengrove Lodge for the amazing work they do, it's brought so much comfort to our family. Thank you all for everything!

My mother was only here for 28-day assessment on Pathway 3. I have found the staff excellent and supportive and treat mum with respect. I find the home welcoming and secure.

I was very impressed with the home overall and the staff were all exceptionally attentive and friendly. Mum was only there a short while but I simply couldn't fault anything. The home was beautiful and we could of wished nothing more for our Mum

The care Mum has had at Belvedere Lodge has been amazing. They have supported Mum really well. The carers are so good with Mum with all her needs. The carers are really caring. The management is amazing, nothing sis too much for them. They also looked after Dad, (non-resident) when he was ill, while visiting Mum. They also support us, the family, and are always there for us. They are amazing. Would highly recommend Belvedere.

Overall, I am very happy with the care my nan receives at Belvedere Lodge and would recommend Belvedere Lodge Care Home.

Mum was a resident in Frenchay House from May 2022 until we lost her in January 2024. She received amazing care from all staff and not only did they look after Mum but also looked after dad when he visited her on a daily basis.

Frenchay House were very supportive when we asked if we could have a bench in the garden to remember Dad. Even though Dad had passed away a year previous to his bench being in the garden, it was still difficult and Frenchay House understood that, giving us time to be quiet and remember Dad. Their care and thoughtfulness made all the difference - thank you!

It's like being in the outside world, you meet people, some you get on with, some you don't. The staff are excellent, it's nice how staff are from different backgrounds and can relate to the residents. The home is lovely and the different activities are great.
