Hengrove Lodge provide excellent care. My relative has been a resident for 2 years and has flourished since moving in. The change in her is remarkable, she is always smiling and mixing with staff and residents. There are always activities going on whether it be trips out, outside acts/singers or
just the staff getting the residents involved in cake making, colouring in etc. when you visit there is always a happy environment. As a family it has been a relief to know that she is being looked after.

My mum has been a resident since April and has settled in better than thought she would. I'm really impressed with the care and compassion that the staff provide. It's a relief to know that when I leave after visiting her she will be well cared for.

Since April of this year the atmosphere has been great the residents always seem to be doing something and seem very happy
Communication is so much better then it was and very much appreciated my uncle seems more happier then he was
it's never to much trouble for management to help with forms
and support about care and information
as a family we are very grateful to hengrove lodge for the amazing work that they do it has been a comfort to the family thank you so much for all that you do

Our family cannot thank the team at Hengrove Lodge enough for the incredible care they provide for Mum. From the moment she arrived, the staff have been so friendly, warm, and attentive. They genuinely go above and beyond to ensure she's comfortable, happy, and well cared for.
Knowing Mum is in such
safe hands, it's been such a weight off our minds. The staff treat her with so much kindness and respect, and it's clear they truly care about each resident. The activities they organise are fantastic, keeping Mum engaged and giving her so much to look forward to each day.
A real highlight for us was the Christmas party, where families were invited to join the celebrations. It was such a special event and a wonderful way to bring everyone together, it really showed the thought and effort the team puts into creating a family-like atmosphere.
We are so grateful to Hengrove Lodge for the amazing work they do, it's brought so much comfort to our family. Thank you all for everything!
