What truly stands out is the atmosphere-it genuinely feels like a family home rather than a care facility. Meryton have made what was a very difficult decision for us into such a smooth and reassuring transition. We're so grateful for the support and compassion shown every day.
Right from the initial phone call the Ambassador was really friendly and reassuring. She understood
The home itself is fantastic. It has everything my Aunty needs and the support is given at the level she wants. It's nice for me to visit the Bistro with her and have a coffee and catch up, without having to worry about anything related to her care.
The whole team are so supportive of us both. They always have a nice chat with me and I feel we are both in their care now. Everybody got to know my Aunty really quickly, and it's nice how they pop in regularly to check if she is ok or if she needs a hot drink or anything. I would 100% recommend Meryton Place, I genuinely can't think of a bad word to say.
