Mum has been in Meryton Place Care Home for about 3 months now, and we have nothing but praise for the care, staff and facilities here.
Everybody ensured the move and settling in process went smoothly for Mum and the initial high level of care and support has continued on a day-to-day basis.
Facilities
and rooms are excellent. Mum particularly loves the spa bathroom and garden. There are regular activities and lovely food.
All staff are friendly, caring and always happy to help with any requests - it’s a lovely place

The facilities here are exceptional and the staff are lovely - friendly and nothing is too much trouble. My mother-in-law was made to feel at home straight away and has settled in very well in just a few days. This feels like a luxury hotel and is nothing like the care homes one normally experiences.
I can't thank the staff enough for how they look after and care for my relative.

Dad has only been in residence for a couple of weeks in this brand-new home but has nothing but praise for the experience. I can't fault anything, the place the room all the staff are all brilliant. After seven months of living with my wife and myself and fourteen years previously living alone and independently,
he has been made very welcome and comfortable and settled immediately. He has not had the chance to join any activities in this short time.

Based in the Southwest, she balances her professional life by spending her time stewarding at Glastonbury festivals, reading new books, and enjoying life with her four children and silly dog.

I joined Meryton at Hamberley care home in January 2023 as Clinical Lead. Before this role, the Clinical Services Manager at Cliveden Manor Nursing Home, Signature in Buckinghamshire. During my tenure at Cliveden, I deputised the Manager, oversaw and led the home from a clinical perspective, mentored staff, and supported residents and families.


I graduated in Nursing and have a degree in Management. I am enthusiastic and always aim for the highest standards of care.


When I am not busy, I love visiting and exploring the countryside.

Sarah joined Meryton Place to continue a career in customer-driven sectors. Sarah understands the importance of moving to a care home is a big step, which is why she takes a hand-holding approach every step of the way to assist residents and their families to be fully supported throughout their life-changing decision.


From the initial enquiry through to moving in, new residents and their families are given guidance, emotional support and a warm welcome to help make the transition a smooth one. It is important to Sarah to support the ethos of person-centred care, be approachable and offer the required reassurance.
