My overall view of Newton House is very good to excellent, wether it be reception staff as soon as you walk in the door to carers & nursing staff to management. Facilities are very good as it is a nice bright and airy care home. The activities team provide a varied choice, depending on the residents interests, capabilities etc. I like that you are contacted, if there has been an issue, re minor injuries etc from nursing staff. Everyone is very approachable.

Overall Experience

Emma and the team at Caddington Grove have been amazing with my mother in law since she went into care following a life changing accident at home. Emma as the home manager has been an inspiration to us as residents family and has been supportive of our forever growing questions. When we have had concerns she has always been there to provide us with comfort, answers, guidance and support from her team members. Seeing a loved one go from full mobility to wheel chair bound overnight was very distressing and recognising their quality of life reduced significantly the home have been amazing in engaging her in activities and encouraging her to participate in events. It was lovely to see her go out on two organised trips earlier in the year and with the care of the home she thoroughly had a great time. I would highly recommend anyone looking to place loved ones into care to reach out to Emma and the team and visit the home.

Richmond Manor provided care, kindness and love to my wife I am totally happy and pleased that she was so well looked after. All staff are wonderful, caring and understanding.

Overall Experience

My mum spent her final months at Cofton after becoming no longer able to live independently. I always felt that she was safe and cared for. The whole team make a huge effort to add real quality of life to residents' days - from the entertainments, to the physical care, and the friendship extended (also to family members). My mum's vegan diet was accommodated without question, and the most beautiful vegan birthday cake made specially for her on her birthday earlier this year - a lovely moment. My sister and I are both very grateful for everything.

She loved the home and the staff.
The room was always clean and she always looked immaculate when we visited.
The food was good and she enjoyed her food always clearing her plate.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the environment and activities were very good.

Mum was a resident at Richmond Manor for over 5 years, being one of the first residents to move in when it opened.
Over the years, we saw how much the team at Richmond Manor meant to her, and how she trusted them implicitly.
Mum's care needs could be complex, and it took skill, time, and patience to care for her. As with all things in life, sometimes it didn't go smoothly. But we were always listened to, and our thoughts and views advocating for Mum were heard and understood. Mum's care was excellent.

Visiting someone very different to the person you have known isn't always easy, but the care shown to all Mum's family and friends made it so much more enjoyable. When Mum died, she was cared for by people she knew and trusted, in what had become her home. I can't recommend Richmond Manor too highly.

Overall Experience
On arrival we were greeted with a warm friendly greeting for my wife's short stay to allow me some much needed break. The facilities were excellent and the quality of care from the team was outstanding. She settled in well and felt comfortable though out her stay.

She participated in the variety of activities that the staff hosted and interacted with other residents. We would not hesitate to use again.

As a family friend of a resident, I have been very impressed with Brookwater House. The home has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and residents are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.
The activities programme is outstanding, with plenty of engaging and enjoyable activities that make every day special.
The staff are caring, friendly, and always willing to help. Home Manager Daniela leads a fantastic team, and special thanks to Aga, Patrycja, Mira, and all the wonderful staff for their dedication and compassion.

I would highly recommend Brookwater House to anyone looking for a caring and professional home for their loved one.

Nicest care home I've ever been in. It is warm, quite inviting and staff are compassionate towards guests and family. It is reassuring knowing my sister is so well cared for. The home caters to residents and visitors alike. Lovely quality furnishing and always very clean.

My husband was admitted for a two week respite,
The care he received was outstanding!
He was treated with respect and dignity at all times by all staff involved in his care.
During this time he was able to do things he had been unable to do in previous months and due to the wonderful and varied menu, his appetite returned, with gusto!
He returned home to me a 'new man'

Overall Experience

A very caring and well run home. Staff are dedicated and cheerful, keen to help and listen to any concerns. Plenty of activities arranged from musical acts to nursery children visiting to Chinese supper nights. Family are involved in all decision making and kept up to date with any changes or issues. GP visits are weekly and infections etc are picked up and dealt with quickly. Dedicated nurse is a point of contact for your relative and are happy to discuss how they are and if there is anything they need. Rooms are lovely and cleaned thoroughly. Mum is calm and contented.

I am writing this review on behalf of my Mum. She stayed in Lovells for 2 weeks for respite and to see how she got on. She will need a further period of respite in September for longer and I have no doubt about booking her into Lovells again. Mum surprised us all by thoroughly enjoying her stay. It isn't easy to let a loved one go. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional. They went above and beyond to make Mum welcome and comfortable throughout her time there. She had a lovely room (apartment) which catered for all of her needs. Lovells doesn't present like your everyday care home. It feels more like a luxury hotel. The staff clearly enjoy what they do and treat the residents like real people. It feels more like a family set up. There is always plenty to do. You can get involved or not in the activities. There's a hairdressers, a beauty bar and a coffee area. I have to particularly thank Jasmin, Marla the Manager and the Nurse for their kindness, support and feedback.

We always find the staff friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the amount of activities the home has to offer. The staff are always willing to be flexible and accomodate. Mum is comfortable and relaxed and if we take her out, she is always eager to come back.
