My mother suffered an injury, which in context was unavoidable. Elaine and Sophia controlled the immediate dilemma professionally and calmly. Conrad was informed immediately and took control of events. He called me and advised paramedics had been called to attend. I attended at site to find my mother in great pain. Conrad explained to the circumstances to me and transparently, answering my immediate queries. He assisted the attending paramedics by providing information and answers to their questions. I went with my mother the the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where a bed was waiting for. Subsequently, Conrad has been in contact with me on a daily basis. The observations and guidance he has provided to me, have assisted me greatly in navigating the the hospital protocols. This has given me an understanding of terminology used. A member of staff at the care home used their personal network to arrange for a motorcycle club to attend the care home. This was in response to my mother telling the staff that when she was younger she owned and rode a motorbike herself. Getting to know my mother on a personal level, genuinely interested in the life she has led, along with a desire to organise something bespoke and aligned with her interests was over and above in my opinion. The level of care my mother receives is always excellent but it's things like this that give her a sense of community. That a genuine relationship exists with the staff rather than it simply being a transaction of payment in return for care. My mother had a fantastic day and being on a bike is something she probably thought she'd never have the opportunity to do again.

The genuine kindness + care by the staff has been incredible. without their support, encouragement + positive attitudes, I'm not sure my 91-year-old mum would have coped with the transition from independent living to a care home. We will both be forever grateful to the Cofton Park Manor team + I hope they know how much mum + I appreciate + value them.

When mom moved into the care home she had a large room overlooking a beautifully maintained garden and a dedicated care staff the encouraged her to take part in the activities to be as involved as possible. Sadly mom needed end of life care and was looked after by an amazingly caring and professional team, for me this is where the class of the home shone through. Not only caring for Mom but giving empathy and support to me and our extended family. The answer to the question I posed, is yes, with the care and support of an exemplary staff I did do my best by my mom.

My mum spent her final months at Cofton after becoming no longer able to live independently. I always felt that she was safe and cared for. The whole team make a huge effort to add real quality of life to residents' days - from the entertainments, to the physical care, and the friendship extended (also to family members). My mum's vegan diet was accommodated without question, and the most beautiful vegan birthday cake made specially for her on her birthday earlier this year - a lovely moment. My sister and I are both very grateful for everything.

My experience with Cofton Manor Care Home over the last 3 1/2 years has been exceptional. The care, friendly support and love the staff & management have given my mother in law, Mary has been outstanding.

The care & attention my father receives is excellent. It is his home, he feels safe and secure. I know when I leave after visiting him that he is in safe hands.

My wife Suzanne was with you until June 14th 2025 when she sadly passed away. You can see from from my ratings how good I found the whole place. I had reason to return on Monday 16th March whilst accompanying my friend visiting his brother in law who was the first guest to the home 3 years ago and still there. The management, staff, nurses and cleaning staff stopped to welcome me and remember Sue. I was very emotional and overwhelmed at their genuine happiness to see me.

It was our Aunt & Uncles 65th Wedding Anniversary today, and we were truly humbled by the care and thoughtfulness of from the Manager and Staff, the beautiful cake, flowers, personalised gift, decorating the lovely dining room, lovely lunch, we can't thank them all enough. They were made to feel very special.

Whenever we have had an issue we have found the management approachable and responsive. The garden and coffee area are lovely and don't give a traditional care home feel. The activities team work incredibly hard to provide varied activities every day, for those who are able to enjoy them. Thank you Cofton for all you do.

Mom came to Cofton Park Manor for respite a while back and then at mom's request she returned as a full time resident. This was the best thing to happen for moms care in recent years. I no longer worry about mom being looked after, everything here is first class, all the staff care about the residents and clearly enjoy their roles at Cofton, the activities are excellent, and residents are engaged and stimulated, we can't fault the care here.

Our mum has been a resident here since May, following a stroke, and we are very happy with her care and living experience at Cofton Park Manor. The facilities are first rate and the homemakers (carers) are friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and is enough alone to recommend this home. The shared facilities on the ground floor are very good and Mum likes to spend time in the bistro, enjoying a hot drink and home made cake. I've been really impressed with the activities too. There's something on every day whether it's a professional singer, visiting animals, an interesting talk, craft activities and flower arranging being just a few examples. The outside areas are well maintained and encourage residents to enjoy the fresh air. There are impressive views of the countryside from the shared balconies. We visit daily and are always made to feel welcome by all the staff including those on reception and on Mum's floor.

I cannot praise this care home enough. Mum arrived in August and the staff and activities were really enjoyed by her. The meals are great and she looked forward to them. Her last few days of end of life care couldn't have been better with one of the singers performing for her in her room. The homemakers were with her all the time the family couldn't be with her.
