My dad has been at Cofton park manor for 6 month's. He has been very comfortable and happy, He has enjoyed the extra services they offer like his daily newspaper.
Whenever we have had an issue we have found the management approachable and responsive. The garden and coffee area are lovely and don't
give a traditional care home feel. The activities team work incredibly hard to provide varied activities every day, for those who are able to enjoy them. Thank you Cofton for all you do.

Mom came to Cofton Park Manor for respite a while back and then at mom's request she returned as a full time resident. This was the best thing to happen for moms care in recent years. I no longer worry about mom being looked after, everything here is first class, all the staff care about the
residents and clearly enjoy their roles at Cofton, the activities are excellent, and residents are engaged and stimulated, we can't fault the care here.

Our mum has been a resident here since May, following a stroke, and we are very happy with her care and living experience at Cofton Park Manor. The facilities are first rate and the homemakers (carers) are friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and is enough alone to recommend this home. The
shared facilities on the ground floor are very good and Mum likes to spend time in the bistro, enjoying a hot drink and home made cake. I've been really impressed with the activities too. There's something on every day whether it's a professional singer, visiting animals, an interesting talk, craft activities and flower arranging being just a few examples. The outside areas are well maintained and encourage residents to enjoy the fresh air. There are impressive views of the countryside from the shared balconies. We visit daily and are always made to feel welcome by all the staff including those on reception and on Mum's floor.

I cannot praise this care home enough. Mum arrived in August and the staff and activities were really enjoyed by her. The meals are great and she looked forward to them. Her last few days of end of life care couldn't have been better with one of the singers performing for her in her room. The
homemakers were with her all the time the family couldn't be with her.

After losing Mum, Dad lived alone for seven years - going bowling, socialising, and enjoying his independence. In February 2025, Dad became unwell and spent some time in hospital. Afterwards, he decided he didn't want to return to his home. I arranged respite care for him, which eventually turned
into permanent residency at Cofton Manor Park after we sold his house.
I was unsure how he would adjust after being so independent for so long, but thanks to the care and comfort he receives at Cofton Manor Park, he has settled in wonderfully and is very happy. He enjoys starting his day with his favourite breakfast, taking part in board games and garden club, and loves the excellent entertainment and trips out.
The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and it's lovely that all the staff know him by name and take an interest in what he enjoys. Whenever I visit, I feel welcomed and part of the family myself.

Cofton Park Manor is not just a Care Home its a big family. All the staff go the extra mile to make your loved one feel safe and supported. You are made to feel part of the family whether you are a resident or a family member.
The building and grounds are so well designed. There is so much space
so that all residents can be together for a variety of activities. The activity programme is amazing and there is something for everyone.
The food is like eating at a restaurant and nothing is too much trouble is you want something different. The private dining room which is available for residents and family making birthdays etc extra special.
Our family would not hesitate to recommend this Care home. The management have provided extra support when needed for my family which has been greatly appreciated.
Cofton Park Manor is really is a gem.

The Home is luxurious and friendly. The care is good. The daily activities are well thought-out and organized to stimulate and entertain. The weekly 'hair do' and manicure really adds to residents well being.
The environment is always spotless and clean. The Bistro is well used and welcoming.
The well kept garden adds that important outside space to be in touch with nature and safety exercise.
The reception staff always go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcomed. They are my main point of contact when l can't visit. Their care and concern help me feel my mom is well cared for.
I aways leave my mom knowing she is in the right place.

This was an excellent experience - I spent 8 weeks respite care recovering from a knee replacement. The care was first class and I was free to go at my own pace while being encouraged to make progress. The staff quickly built up a good relationship not only with me but also with my family and they
were friendly while also being very professional.
The facilities were very good and long term residents were obviously happy.
I will certainly return if I need further respite care.

After a difficult stay in hospital mom returned to Cofton Park Manor unable to do anything for herself. She had totally given up on life. Four weeks later after the care, patience, encouragement and determination of the care team mom is becoming more independent every day and getting a social life
once again. It is such a pleasure to see such a transformation. Thank you.

My aunt and uncle had a short stay at Cofton Park Manor. They both received the most amazing care, support and love during their stay. Sadly my aunt has recently passed away and my uncle has visited the home to let the staff know. He has been greeted with the same care ,support and love by all of
the wonderful staff. It was actually more than he was expecting when they kindly gave him the use of a room and provided refreshments for after the funeral. Thank you Cofton Park Manor in the time of great sadness you showed compassion and friendship which I know has been such a great comfort to my uncle and our family

Our cousin came to Cofton Park Manor after a spell in hospital, and from the day he moved in was looked after in a very special way. He had physical and cognitive needs all of which were dealt with caringly and with dignity.
We witnessed firsthand how he had become not just a resident, but a
friend to some of the carers
As we live out of the area, we were confident that he was being looked after well in our absence. Whenever we visited, we were made to feel welcome especially in the in the last few days that he was with us, when we stayed with him and were treated with such kindness.
We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cofton Park Manor to any family who want their loved ones looked after in a caring and dignified way.

My mother was a resident at Cofton Park Manor for 2 years. She soon found a sense of community here, established firm friendships and made her sunny garden room her new home. All of the staff play their part in this community, from admin, events team, catering, housekeeping, and particularly the
homemakers, they are caring, helpful and cheerful.
Mum sadly passed away in February and the support we, as a family, have received both before and since, has been exemplary.

Visited my aunt and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Beautiful home with lots of activities for the residents. The garden is lovely too. My aunt feels very happy here. Would definitely recommend.

Mum stayed at Cofton Park Manor Care Home for two weeks to give our dad a much needed break.
From the outset, the staff were helpful and interested in knowing mum's needs.
On arrival, they made her very welcome and assisted when my sister and father needed to leave.
I called every day to find out
how mum was getting on. The staff always had time to talk to me.
It was comforting to know that mum was eating well, was participating in activities and very quickly had made a few friends there. She was, of course, at times quite anxious, but as far as I am aware, the staff were lovely with her and were able to distract her fairly quickly so that she did not become too distressed.
We also witnessed how lovely the staff were with the residents. They were knowledgeable and had a wonderful manner with the residents.
When the time comes for permanent care, we will definitely be wanting um to return to Cofton Park Manor.
It is a wonderful, happy place.

The care given to my husband is excellent so I don't need to worry about him. He's treated as an individual in a safe and caring environment. The facilities are excellent, including a beautiful dining room and a fantastic range of food well cooked and presented. The activities available are wide

My father was admitted to Cofton Park Manor care home in December 2023, initially for respite. He settled well and decided to stay.
The care he received was wonderful.
The homemakers were endlessly kind, patient, and respectful and understood his needs perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble.
I was able to be as much involved in his care as I wanted and was always made to feel welcome and included in any decisions made.
Sadly he passed away in July in the care home, in his own bed and surrounded by family, but in the most peaceful way imaginable. All the members of staff showed the utmost sensitivity and support at this difficult time and guided us through the next steps. They stood and watched him leave the building, in solidarity with our grief.
It is difficult to put into words how much they did for our whole family, but I will forever be grateful.

Cofton Park Manor was the ideal respite care for me after spinal surgery.
Every aspect of this place was outstanding and the staff were exceptional.
At the same time, they cared for my husband, who has specific needs, meaning I could concentrate on my own recuperation.
Two weeks of pampering
certainly aided my speedy recovery and my husband enjoyed the experience.
I recommend Cofton Park Manor without hesitation.

I cannot recommend Cofton Park Manor highly enough for the caring and compassionate way that they helped my mum transition into the world of residential care. Unfortunately Mum was only a resident for two weeks, one of which was end-of-life care, and this was exemplary. Not only were the staff
amazing, but they also provided me with mentoring to help me through this really difficult period and were supportive right until the end and beyond. When mum went into hospital after one week and I was advised that she was now on the end of her life I went back to the home not expecting for her to be taken back there. I was amazed when I was told to go home and get myself sorted and that they would go down to the hospital and make all arrangements to bring Mum back to the home so that they could care for her. The respect and care that she received during this time was incredible. Thank you so much for all of your support. I'm not sure I could have done this without you. Thank you so much.

Outstanding care was provided at all times. My grandma had her hair/nails done on a weekly basis, participated in daily activities, and was able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space and even a spa bath. The staff were always friendly, approachable, personable, and more like a second family. Thank
you in particular to two of the homemakers who came with my grandma for the day to my wedding which was in Hereford, and to all of the staff who made this possible for her to attend on the day, we're so grateful that this was possible. My grandma unfortunately passed away last month but the care provided throughout her entire stay at Cofton Park including end-of-life care was faultless. She was treated with continuous care, kindness, empathy and compassion. Thank you for the kindness and compassion that was also shown towards us as a family at this sad time. We cannot recommend Cofton Park highly enough, keep up the good work, and thank you again for everything you have done for my Grandma.

My fiercely independent mother lost independence last year, and after a long hospital stay, we needed a place where her convalescence would continue nearer to family.
With consummate ease, the staff have managed to combine professionalism with friendliness, respect and dignity. There’s always a
smile, a quip, a helping hand if necessary. The atmosphere mirrors this, aided by a marvellous programme of support activities, a sumptuous lounge, and the bistro with its drinks bar and matching street café vibe. Not to mention the delicious food menus served in the delightful dining room.
It all works beautifully.
Mother was not keen on needing care and has been known to be somewhat demanding. Thanks to the kindness and support of all the Cofton staff, she has achieved her aim of returning to independent living and has made lasting friendships along the way.
It’s been a lifeline for her (and us).
Thank you so much to everyone at Cofton Park Manor. We are delighted to recommend you.
