My husband came in for two weeks in April.
On arrival, we were absolutely stunned by the wonderful approach to his room with a most beautiful bow on the door and chocolates and cards to welcome him.
This carried on as if it was Easter!
All the staff were very attentive and nothing too much trouble - a very high standard.
A lot of entertainment going on every day.

I would certainly recommend Cofton Park to anyone.

My husband spent ten days at Cofton Park Manor Care Home whilst I took a break from caring for him. The communications were excellent from the first contact to the end of the respite. His complex medical conditions were assessed very effectively and monitored whilst he was a resident.

The quality of care was excellent, we have no complaints and would certainly recommend Cofton Park Manor to others and use it in the future.

I have had such a wonderful time since moving into Cofton Park Manor Care Home. All the staff have been so friendly and supportive. We have moved in together, my wife and I, and it has helped me to make sure my wife is cared for while I have chemo. I was worried about what would happen to her. Now I have peace of mind and am very happy. It is so lovely to have our meals prepared and our room is just beautiful. Thank you.

On entering Cofton Park Manor Care Home you are immediately aware of the friendly and warm atmosphere of the home and home is exactly what it is. All the homemakers (care staff) are so dedicated to the health and welfare of the residents. Nothing is too much trouble. There is something for everyone. Morning and afternoon activities range from quizzes, crafts, music entertainment, film shows, helping in the beautiful garden, outings and many more. The dining rooms serve choices of homemade meals although meals can be served in the resident's rooms if wanted. This home from home with all the care you will ever need.

I can’t praise enough. We’ve been welcomed with open arms. It’s such a relief knowing my mom is being well cared for. It’s a real luxury home but has a homely feel. All the staff are so warm, friendly, kind, compassionate and good fun. Special mention to two members of staff in particular who are both so personable, helpful and caring and a real credit to the home. My mom has settled in really well which was helped by getting to know the place first by being able to come to the activities/entertainment. The rooms are lovely, spacious and really homely. The food is delicious and it doesn’t feel like a care home, more like a luxury hotel. It’s a lovely place to spend time with residents and visitors who are all made to feel really welcome. From the first time we walked through the door, we got ‘that feeling’ and knew it was the right place. From my mom saying to me please don’t put me in a home to book me a room here! It’s so nice to see her happy, relaxed and smiling. Thank you to all the staff.

My mother-in-law has been at Cofton Park Manor Care Home for 2 weeks, as a family we couldn't have been more welcomed. My mother-in-law has settled into the home very well. She is so happy and enjoys the company which she has been missing from being on her own.

My mother arrived in February 2023 and had the most amazing welcome from all the staff. What a beautiful place with the most caring staff. My mum settled into her new life quite quickly (considering her stroke which has left her totally reliant on her homemakers). The care she is receiving is first-class. So glad we chose this care home for her. My mum now feels safe and I am feeling much less stressed now I know she's in such good hands. Thank you all.

We have been completely overwhelmed with the kindness, compassion and welcome from everyone at Cofton Park Manor. It has been a very difficult time for us recently as a family but particularly for Mam following her illness. The staff have been wonderful to us all and most importantly have treated my mam with dignity. We are incredibly grateful to you all for your support in helping Mam and us adjust to her new surroundings.

From the day my dad arrived at Cofton Park Manor he felt happy. The staff are incredibly friendly and good fun. They made him feel at home straight away. Nothing seems too much trouble for them. He said last night that he feels one of the family and for my brother and I, that is so important.
His room is a good size and beautifully decorated with access to the lovely garden area. The food he says is delicious, he is enjoying a three course lunch every day. At Cofton Park, the staff keep the residents busy with quizzes, musical events, board games and last night a chat about care home fee funding from a local Solicitor. It was my dad's birthday very soon after he moved in and we used the private dining room for eleven of us to have a get-together which was great. Again the staff did everything possible to make the evening special for him.

It is such a relief to have found the right place for my dad knowing he is receiving the best care available to him.
