Emma and the team at Caddington Grove have been amazing with my mother in law since she went into care following a life changing accident at home. Emma as the home manager has been an inspiration to us as residents family and has been supportive of our forever growing questions. When we have had concerns she has always been there to provide us with comfort, answers, guidance and support from her team members. Seeing a loved one go from full mobility to wheel chair bound overnight was very distressing and recognising their quality of life reduced significantly the home have been amazing in engaging her in activities and encouraging her to participate in events. It was lovely to see her go out on two organised trips earlier in the year and with the care of the home she thoroughly had a great time. I would highly recommend anyone looking to place loved ones into care to reach out to Emma and the team and visit the home.

Mum came into Caddington Grove Care Home in September 2025. Throughout her stay she was treated with kindness and dignity. All her health needs were met and I was kept up to date regularly on her issues and progress. All the staff without exception were kind, polite and had a great sense of humour. Many varied activities were on offer, most memorable being 'cuddle a penguin'! Everyone made my mum's final months as comfortable as possible.

Staff were very helpful when we required the room at short notice and needed to find a place that was accessible. This was a few months ago.
The whole team at Caddington Grove have been friendly and supportive especially as our mother's condition has been deteriorating. Every effort has been made to accommodate our mother's needs and wishes.
We have been kept informed of changes in our mother's condition and of changes to medications. There has been discussion before changes are made.

My auntie is well looked after. If she can't be at home we are happy knowing she is well looked after. Staff are always friendly and happy to help if we have any questions. There is always something going on and we enjoy reading the Daily Sparkle when we visit.

Our team works hard to create a warm, welcoming environment where residents receive compassionate, dignified care, and your feedback means a great deal to everyone at Caddington Grove.
Can't praise this care home enough! My mother was given absolutely outstanding care in October when she was admitted into the nursing home with terminal cancer. They treated her with so much care, compassion and dignity. The staff are absolutely amazing and were always available for me to have a chat when I was struggling with the situation. From the reception, care workers, handymen and nurses any concerns were listened to and I felt rest assured my Mum was getting the exceptional care she deserved. She loved the food and it was so nice for her to be able to have her hair done in the salon. It is amazing you allow dogs to visit and this cheered my Mum up immensely. I want to pass on my thanks to all at Caddington Grove who made my Mums last few weeks of life so comfortable!

My mother in law has been here for nearly a year & 6 months. I find the staff go the extra mile on the care side & entertainment. Very friendly welcome always, lots of events arranged for families & residents, they are well put together, also days/afternoons out for residents. I feel I can always ask about any concerns without feeling awkward. Highly recommend this care home!

I cannot praise the care I received enough. Every aspect was exceptional. My room, the food, the laundry and daily activity program. But most of all 'the staff'. I will always be grateful for their kindness and willingness to help me.

My mum lived in Caddington Grove for 2 years on both the residential & nursing floors. She received excellent care from very kind, friendly & dedicated carers. The nursing & HCA staff were excellent & kept us informed at all times. She loved the activities & entertainments which were varied & excellent and also the monthly church services. Families were invited to join in some of the activities & were made to feel very welcome as visitors. Caddington Grove really felt like a home for my mum. Highly recommended.
Thankyou for taking the time to leave us a review. Your kind words will be passed on to the team and please do stay in touch
Our experience of Caddington Grove has been excellent. My mum was a resident for nearly two years, starting on the middle floor and moving to the nursing floor, as she needed nursing care. The staff are so lovely, kind and caring. They are clearly professional and well trained but make time to chat to the residents and laugh with them. The activities and entertainment are varied and interesting. We also really liked how welcome we, as visitors, were made to feel. The staff always chatted to us and provided updates on how my mum was doing. Caddington Grove really felt like home for my mum and I would highly recommend it as an excellent place to receive care.
Thankyou for taking the time to leave us a review. Your kind words will be passed on to the team and please do stay in touch

Meet the Team (2)

A registered nurse, Emma came to Caddington Grove as the Clinical Lead and was promoted to Home Manager in October 2022. With a Diploma in Adult Nursing with over 15 years experience, Emma led teams in the acute and primary sector before joining Hamberley. A skilled people manager, Emma enjoys recruiting and leading dedicated and skilled teams to provide outstanding care. Outside of her professional life, Emma loves Christmas - and if it were up to her, the Christmas decorations would be up in July! Emma enjoys every moment spent with her children and extended family.
“Our care home is a sanctuary of comfort and care, thoughtfully designed to meet your needs. Every member of the Caddington team is committed to providing personalised support in an environment filled with warmth and understanding.”

I joined the care sector after many years working with both the UK and US governments, where I advised on and managed relocation policies. While my past career journey gave me valuable experience in problem-solving, communication, and supporting people through big life changes, I felt a strong pull to take my career in a more personal and meaningful direction.
After caring for my late mother, I realised how deeply rewarding it is to support and help families and individuals during challenging times. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in care, where I can give back to society in a hands-on way and make a direct difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, I have a love for travelling the world and exploring new cultures, as well as reading a wide variety of books to keep learning and broadening my perspective.
