I accompanied my old friends, resident Anne and her husband, on a Routemaster bus tour of London, organised by Agnieszka at Brookwater House. It was great fun and an opportunity to mix with the staff and residents, they enjoyed it and joined in the Birthday celebrations, sprung on the home's manager. The skill and athleticism on display showed by the staff in transporting and serving a huge cake along a moving bus was something that will remain with me for many a year! It was a lovely and imaginative day out and congratulations to all the staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed my respite time at Brookwater House. All the staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Beautiful garden with lots of seating area. Very good food and entertainment. The place was kept very clean and tidy Altogether a very pleasant experience

My husband has had to take up residence in Brookwater House. This is hugely painful for me as there is no place anywhere that is good enough to care for him, but Brookwater staff are kind, senstive + caring - I am so relieved that at last I can trust someone with my husband's care.

I would highly recommend Brookwater House to anyone looking for a caring and professional home for their loved one.

My Mom has been staying in Palmers Green Care Home for 8 months and the staff have really cared for my mother as part of their family. On my Mom's birthday (Nov 1st), they had a wonderful party for her with entertainment, food and even homemade cake. They went out of their ways to make this day special not only for my Mom but also for us, the family members.

Overall I am very plesed with Brookwater Care Home. Nothing is too much too much trouble when I required assistance from all staff.

My mother-in-law was 100 on 24.7.25 - Brookwater House staff made a wonderful party for her which was caring & personal with every detail thought out. She had a lovely day and we as a family are very grateful for all the effort that went into this special occasion. Especial thanks to two members of staff, in particular, and the violinist. This was a special day for all the residents

We recently arranged a short respite stay for our mum, and we couldn't be more pleased with the care she received. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to her needs. It gave our whole family peace of mind knowing she was in such capable and compassionate hands.

9 months later we're delighted with the choice we made and are hugely grateful and relieved that things have gone as well as could be hoped for. And a huge part of that is down to the expertise and friendliness of all of the staff. Mom now eats better, has lots of company, daily activities and people keeping an eye on her health and needs on a daily basis. She even gets her hair cut regularly. Because of the constant stimulation she's much better in her thinking and conversation. Plus the staff are equally welcoming of visitors and are very friendly and caring. It's doesn't feel like a "care home" at all. Everything has made a massive, positive change to all of our lives.

My husband has been a resident in Brookwater House since March and has settled in very well. The staff are very kind and friendly and can't do enough for you. There is very much a family atmosphere. The food is excellent and there is always something going on to entertain the residents.

I can rest easily knowing that my Dad is being cared for.

I have always been given a very friendly welcome on entering the building. Refreshments always offered. Assistance given to my friend when she requires help. She looks clean and dressed well. Such a friendly atmosphere all sound.
