Since my husband began residence six weeks ago, I have been impressed by the sensitivity of the staff (& the staff/resident ratio). I also appreciate their ensuring his inclusion in activities and the effort they put into providing activities & entertainments for residents. Having my husband entered into a care home has been traumatic for me, but Brookwater House staff are reassuring me that he is in the right place.

My time here convalescing from a Hip Replacement operation has been wonderful. The staff are extremely caring and helpful, nothing is too much for them to do for you & I have been very well cared for.

My Mom has been staying in Palmers Green Care Home for 8 months and the staff have really cared for my mother as part of their family. On my Mom's birthday (Nov 1st), they had a wonderful party for her with entertainment, food and even homemade cake. They went out of their ways to make this day special not only for my Mom but also for us, the family members.

Overall I am very plesed with Brookwater Care Home. Nothing is too much too much trouble when I required assistance from all staff.

My mother-in-law was 100 on 24.7.25 - Brookwater House staff made a wonderful party for her which was caring & personal with every detail thought out. She had a lovely day and we as a family are very grateful for all the effort that went into this special occasion. Especial thanks to two members of staff, in particular, and the violinist. This was a special day for all the residents

We recently arranged a short respite stay for our mum, and we couldn't be more pleased with the care she received. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to her needs. It gave our whole family peace of mind knowing she was in such capable and compassionate hands.

9 months later we're delighted with the choice we made and are hugely grateful and relieved that things have gone as well as could be hoped for. And a huge part of that is down to the expertise and friendliness of all of the staff. Mom now eats better, has lots of company, daily activities and people keeping an eye on her health and needs on a daily basis. She even gets her hair cut regularly. Because of the constant stimulation she's much better in her thinking and conversation. Plus the staff are equally welcoming of visitors and are very friendly and caring. It's doesn't feel like a "care home" at all. Everything has made a massive, positive change to all of our lives.

My husband has been a resident in Brookwater House since March and has settled in very well. The staff are very kind and friendly and can't do enough for you. There is very much a family atmosphere. The food is excellent and there is always something going on to entertain the residents.

I have always been given a very friendly welcome on entering the building. Refreshments always offered. Assistance given to my friend when she requires help. She looks clean and dressed well. Such a friendly atmosphere all sound.

A wonderful home filled with love, kindness and patience. We are so blessed and grateful for the care here. The food is sensational also! The chef is so welcoming and has tailored so much food for my family. We are forever appreciative for the kindness and love at Brookwater.

We are really impressed with the caring environment. Our father has returned from hospital after a long stay and the care team have gone the extra mile to reintegrate him into the home. They have been receptive to our concerns and acted to requests and suggestions.
