home. They have taken the time to get to know her and her needs and treat her with dignity and attention in meeting those needs. She is encouraged to be active and engage with people as much as possible. Recent family visitors have also commented that there is a caring and friendly atmosphere at the home. Our mother's room is comfortable and warm; the facilities for dining and activities at the home are very good. On our visits we can observe that this excellent level of care and attention is given to all residents. After two months we have seen a clear improvement in our mother's physical health and feel that she is definitely in the right place.

a family, cannot thank the staff enough. From 'homemakers' to reception, nurses to management, everyone there helped to ease our worries during a difficult time. We were made to feel welcome during every visit, and can honestly say that Mum was cared for by people with a genuine passion for what they did. Nothing was too much trouble.

every day. Since then, whenever I visited she looked well care for and always smartly dressed. She was treated with kindness dignity and respect at all times. Where possible she was included in the varied programme of activities which she enjoyed. Not only did the staff care for my wife but they looked after me too and become like extended family. Apart from the very nice and well-maintained building, which provides a safe and reassuring environment to both service users and families, the people absolutely make the difference. I have never failed to be impressed by the friendly and professional welcome and greetings I have received from any of the staff across all aspects of the business.
