my husband and I recently celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary. I had arranged to hire the activity room to hold a small celebration with friends and family. The occasion went off without a hitch. We were able to also use the nearby lounge and garden patio. It was a truly memorable day for us both and although living with dementia my husband thoroughly enjoyed being with those nearest and dearest. This would not have been possible without the help and dedication of both home makers and the admin staff who not only decorated the room beautifully but offered help and consideration throughout the afternoon. A big thank you to you all!

Caddington Grove couldn't been a better place for my Dad to be.

Emma and the team at Caddington Grove have been amazing with my mother in law since she went into care following a life changing accident at home. Emma as the home manager has been an inspiration to us as residents family and has been supportive of our forever growing questions. When we have had concerns she has always been there to provide us with comfort, answers, guidance and support from her team members. Seeing a loved one go from full mobility to wheel chair bound overnight was very distressing and recognising their quality of life reduced significantly the home have been amazing in engaging her in activities and encouraging her to participate in events. It was lovely to see her go out on two organised trips earlier in the year and with the care of the home she thoroughly had a great time. I would highly recommend anyone looking to place loved ones into care to reach out to Emma and the team and visit the home.

I would have no hestitation in recommending Richmond Manor.

Visiting someone very different to the person you have known isn't always easy, but the care shown to all Mum's family and friends made it so much more enjoyable. When Mum died, she was cared for by people she knew and trusted, in what had become her home. I can't recommend Richmond Manor too highly.

Elstow Manor is a really lovely care home, and both my parents have been living there since February. The staff have been really friendly, kind and welcoming - helping them to adjust to their new home. The facilities are wonderful, and I have been amazed at the extent of interesting activities provided. My mum and dad have very different health issues so need to be on different floors, but I have been very grateful for the flexibility of the staff in helping them spend time together. I have really appreciated all the support my parents have been given and would highly recommend the home.

Having experienced another care home that did not provide the standard of care we expected, I feel I can make a genuine comparison. The improvement has been remarkable, and I'm extremely grateful to everyone here for their care, kindness, and professionalism.

When mum was admitted, it was all new to us (the care system). Hamberley couldn't have been any better. Friendly staff, clean rooms and lovely atmosphere. Mum is looked after and is happy. What more could we ask for,

Customer services manager focused on potential new resident to obtain full history and details which were essential to identify individual needs and priorities for care and support. Excellent follow-up processes. Care staff extremely diligent and polite. Excellent activities. Excellent food. My sister loves her new 'home'.

The care my mum received was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and happy and they made us all feel very welcome. Mum has various health issues but they looked after her so well and made her comfortable. The home was modern and felt like a home and there were lovely facilities for residents and visitors, including entertainment. I would not hesitate to recommend Elstow Manor to anyone - first class staff and care. Professional but friendly and welcoming!

Elstow Manor looks after my mother-in-law very well. All staff are friendly and attentive when my wife and I visit. We like attending when there is a function happening. If cakes are provided, they make special dairy free cakes so I can enjoy them too. The staff are second to none.

Cannot praise the home or staff too highly. Relative short time resident Beryl was resident, she always received 5 star care. The family were treated like one of 'The Manor' family. Outstanding in every respect.

The staff are amazing, truly caring for each other and their residents. When Nan well ill towards the end of her life they also made us feel so loved and made every effort to respect her wishes. I cannot thank the team enough for all their care and support and would highly recommend them.

The management & staff have been so helpful and I feel very comfortable with our decision to move here. My wife seems much more settled amongst a lovely group of people who have gone out of their way to make this work for my wife, myself & our family.

Staff always helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The home is bright and nicely presented. Menu choice is good and plenty of activities. If I needed a home in the future, this is a good option.

Dad came to the care home early march this year and has settled in well and seems happy enough. I am satisfied with the care dad is receiving from the staff who are always pleasent and helpful and keep me updated on any issues dad may have.

My sister is very happy to receive visits from family and friends as well as the ongoing care, concern and sympathetic support of all the staff. Our family is so grateful that my sister is being cared for in such a kind and professional way.
