Paula holds a degree in Adult Health Nursing from Edinburgh Napier University and is also a proud Military Veteran, having served in the Princess Mary's Royal Air Force Nursing Service. Her commitment to excellence has earned her significant recognition in the industry; she was shortlisted in the Front Line Leader category at the Great British Care Awards in 2019 and was further acknowledged in the Registered Manager category at the same prestigious awards in 2020.

As the Customer Relations Manager at Montague House, Jacqueline has guided countless families through the process of transitioning their loved ones into care. With empathy and understanding, she addresses concerns and ensures that every resident and their family feels supported and reassured throughout this important life transition. Jacqueline takes great pride in being a dependable source of comfort and trust for families during what can be an emotional journey. She is passionate about helping individuals and families find the right care and support within Hamberley’s award-winning homes.
Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her young daughter and family. In 2023, despite not being a fan of running, Jacqueline completed a half marathon and raised £800 for the Alzheimer’s Society — a testament to her determination and dedication to making a difference.
