Cannot fault Rosedale House, the manager and the team are fantastic. Mum has been living at Rosedale since October 2023. She is relaxed and extremely well looked after. Cannot recommend highly enough. The staff are always friendly and always engaging with the residents and family members.

Mum is extremely happy and content.

My mum has been at Rosedale for around 6 weeks and has been the happiest she has been in her life . The staff are amazing loving and caring and have always made us feel welcome . There's a very homely family feel around the home . The manager is amazing and has gone above and beyond to support us all . The food has been amazing and mum has eaten things she would never even think of trying before

Mum had a fall in February which resulted in a broken hip. Rosedale staff were determined that she should return to the home she has known for the last four years, and have done so much to make sure that she is happy and comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and it gives me great peace of mind knowing that she is so well cared for.

Overall Experience

My wife has been at Rosedale since September 2024 and her improvement and care has been excellent. I am made very welcome and I am invited to eat with my wife whenever I want. There are no restrictions on visiting or unnecessary rules so spending time with her is easy and very pleasant. This all amounts to the perfect place for her, her care and me as her husband.
