My brother has loved living at Springbank where he has been supported and cared for over the last ten years, as have I, as his sister. We have both been very much part of the springbank family and I am still, since his passing. Everyone who works at Springbank is a kind and caring person providing excellent care and support.
Thank you for your lovely review, you will of course remain a valued part of Springbank. Your wonderful brother was such a significant part of our family, that we feel fortunate to have so many fond memories with, we miss him so very much.
The excellence of this care home can not be overstated, the manager, staff are second to none. I visit at least twice a week and have been welcomed every time I go, I have visited a lot of care homes in my long life and would not hesitate to say it's excellent in every way. The reviews of this care home says its only GOOD, It should say OUTSTANDING EXELLENCE that's why it has five stars ***** I am very proud to be part of it as a family member, thank you so much from my heart x sorry it had to be said xxxxx
Such a kind lovely review we are so grateful and we are just so privileged to have your visits, you are such a kind individual and a great support to your brother and to all of us here within our Springbank family.
I regularly visit Springbank to visit a friend who lives there. The staff are always very welcoming, and my friend is very well supported and cared for. I am kept up to date with any changes going on in the home.
Thank you for taking the time to write this wonderful review; we really appreciate it. Your kind words will be passed on to the whole team.
