The excellence of this care home can not be overstated, the manager, staff are second to none. I visit at least twice a week and have been welcomed every time I go, I have visited a lot of care homes in my long life and would not hesitate to say it's excellent in every way. I regularly visit Springbank to visit a friend who lives there. The staff are always very welcoming, and my friend is very well supported and cared for. I am kept up to date with any changes going on in the home.
