Ashcombe Court provides flexible person-centred support for adults with challenging or complex needs associated with their Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injury or Learning Disability.
The service has a person-centred approach, delivered through a dedicated staff team, trained to meet individual needs and help them progress. The specialist team aim to provide structure to individual's daily lives, promote independence through developing sustainable solutions and encourage integration into the local community. The service is both ‘goal’ and ‘quality of life’ focused.
Ashcombe Court has a friendly spacious environment, with a positive, proactive and skilled team. The people at Ashcombe Court, also support each other in their progress, and through this unique supportive environment, people are enabled to succeed. Ashcombe Court has a proven track record in working with previously challenging individuals, many of whom have progressed onto greater independence within supportive living tenancies or their own flatlet.
Ashcombe Court is located in the seaside town of Weston-Super-Mare. The home is within a 10 minute walk of the Winter Gardens, main shopping area and Weston's sea front. Amenities are nearby and local shops opposite the home. There is easy access to road links to Bristol and the West Country and M5 Motorway.
