I have lived in the cedars residential home for 3 years and I have found since we changed our manager my life has changed because I am treated with respect honesty the staff are excellent feels like I'm home thanks to Mel and all staff who keep me well I would recommend the home to anyone who wants...

Overall Experience
Dad has been at The Cedars for a month now and all staff have been caring and kind to him and members of our family whenever we have visited. There is an 'open door' policy which means we can visit at any time and staff make themselves available to speak to when I need to ask questions about dad....
Dad has been at The Cedars for a month now and all staff have been caring and kind to him and members of our family whenever we have visited. There is an 'open door' policy which means we can visit at any time and staff make themselves available to speak to when I need to ask questions about dad. He has been treated with respect and thoughtfulness throughout. The atmosphere in the home is calm and supportive. I often see members of staff taking the time to talk to residents even though they are always busy with running the home.
