Overall Experience  Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5

Dad has been at The Cedars for a month now and all staff have been caring and kind to him and members of our family whenever we have visited. There is an 'open door' policy which means we can visit at any time and staff make themselves available to speak to when I need to ask questions about dad. He
has been treated with respect and thoughtfulness throughout. The atmosphere in the home is calm and supportive. I often see members of staff taking the time to talk to residents even though they are always busy with running the home.
