Thank you very much for your feedback and it means a lot to all of us. I personally saw the progress that Dad made from the time he was in the hospital to when he got discharged from Mendip Lodge. We loved looking after Dad and great to know that he is doing well at home.
It was indeed such a joy to care for your husband. We tried to give our best during his stay with us and with a goal for him to be back with you to lead a normal life. We are happy and proud that you are having a fabulous time together. Thanks for your kind words and it means a lot to our hardworking and wonderful staff.
It is indeed a privilege to care for your dad. He is settled well with us. Thank you for your positive review and it means a lot to our lovely staff.
Thank you so much for the positive feedback. As you rightly said, the continuity of care is very important for people with dementia. Mendip Lodge has not used agency staff for the past 10 years. Our staff know each and every resident in and out, which makes it possible to offer holistic care. Your kind words are always a morale booster for our staff.
Thank you so much for your feedback. Any positive feedback is a morale booster for our staff.
Thank you so much for your amazing feedback as each and every good word is a reward for our hard working staff. Thank you for being such a lovely daughter doing everything that you can to keep Mum happy. She is like one of the staff members, taking care of all the residents.
Thank you very much for such a positive response. Your wife has settled down really well and is a pleasure to be around. Thank you so much for bringing in the Holy Communion for the residents to meet their spiritual needs on a monthly basis.
Thank you for your positive response for the care home. Your aunt has settled really well with our team and she is such a joy to be around.
Thank you for your positive response for the care home. The Pods (they are separate to the care home) are designed for people who can enjoy the independence in their own space but will have assistance with food, cleaning and laundry. There are single and double Pods to meet to the needs of the residents. Thank you again for your lovely feedback.
Thank you so much for your positive review. Every single word of goodness is great for our staff who look after each and every resident as their own family member. Once again a big thanks.
Thank you Helen for your heartwarming review of our care. Great feedback from people who have experienced our care boosts our morale and we feel valued and acknowledged for the care that we offer. Families like you make us feel more proud of the profession that we are in. Your Mum, Dad and the family as a whole were so supportive to Mum during her stay with us. Thank you once again for being such an exceptional family.
Thank you for the lovely comments about your dad's care. We aim to look after the residents like our own family and we could not do what we do without the support from family members like you. Thank you once again for your lovely comments, which is a real morale booster for our hardworking staff.
Thank you so much for the lovely feedback. All our decisions taken at Mendip is resident centric and revolves around their well-being. Families like you are a blessing for us, as it makes it easy to work for the betterment of the resident. We are able to achieve great care only because of the involvement from the families and the external professionals including our GP practice. Thanks for your genuine feedback, it makes our staff to strive more for our residents.
Thank you for the feedback. You have been an integral part in your dad's care. Your dad keeps our team going with his incredible one-liners and quick wit. Thanks for all that you do for your dad and for helping us in every way that is possible.
Thanks for your feedback. It was a pleasure to care for your mum. She is greatly missed by us and the residents. We wish her a happy and safe home stay.
Thanks for the lovely comments. When I went to assess Mum in the previous care home they informed that she was not walking, but she started to walk with staff support, from day two with us and now she does not need any assistance at all. She has gained more confidence now to mobilise and enjoys the company of her friends. What a turnaround! Thanks for being such a supportive family.
Thank you very much for your response. Mum is such a lovely person to care for. Though it took three hours drive to assess Mum, I think it is vital to know the needs of the residents before they move into Mendip Lodge. You are such an amazing family, taking care of Mum's well being, especially taking her for the short trips in and around North Somerset. Let's continue to work as a team for mum's well-being.
Thank you very much for your review. We did our best to keep your aunt happy, independent and enabled her to spend time in a meaningful way. She was able to live a life, the way she wanted it to be, with full control. I can't thank you enough for your role in looking after your aunt. You have been an amazing family member who gave your heart and soul into looking into supporting her. Thank you for your lovely words, which help to encourage us to do more for our residents. Your feedback is very much appreciated.
It is heartwarming to see such a lovely positive feedback from yourselves. Covid did not stop us from showing Mendip Lodge to you and your nan through photos and videos. We always believe that care home is a permanent home for residents and that they should feel 100% confident about moving in. Family members like you make care transition from her home into the care home so smooth by researching thoroughly and ensuring that they are placed in the right hands. Once again thanks for those glowing feedback, which is a boost to the morale of our staff, who are tirelessly working to keep our residents safe, secure, cared, loved and belonged. Your nan is already spreading positivity around the place.
