My father moved into Koppers in September. We were worried about the move, but the carers were brilliant, he settled well, and joined in with the activities which he wouldn't do before. His every need is catered for. Unfortunately his condition is deteriorating, but the help is there explaining everything.
I can't praise all the staff enough. I would recommend here to anyone.

My Mum moved into The Koppers in June 2015 and I must admit I was very emotional to say the least. The staff were excellent with both of us and mum settled in perfectly. The home is run very professionally, while keeping a very homely feel which in turn, makes a very calm atmosphere. I think activities
and motivation are important and again the staff aim to achieve this. I am so pleased that we found The Koppers and would highly recommend it.

A friendly compassionate home, with individual attention given where needed. My mother is settled and is happy as far as she can be considering her age and medical condition. I visited other homes before placing her in Koppers. None came close in terms of compassionate care as far as I could tell.

We are very happy with the care and attention mum receives at Koppers, the home is well run, the staff are very kind and caring and we both feel that mum is in a safe environment where she appears to be content and calm. We are always greeted warmly by all the staff and made to feel very welcome. All
the staff work to a very high standard of care and mum is treated with respect and dignity. We have seen a number of staff changes since mum came to live in Koppers, but the standard of care remains high, which is a tribute to the management of the home.
