Throughout she was treated with compassion, dignity and as an individual with her own character and unique needs. The home was always clean and welcoming with a friendly, family atmosphere. The staff are truly amazing - everyone in the team - they always go above and beyond. Our mum really felt at home, was very content there and was truly well looked after.
