Since Mum has been in Chaxhill Hall she has been very well looked after and seems to be doing much better than when she was in hospital. She is looked after very well and is always clean and tidy. She has recently started eating more thanks to the staffs persistence. I am very pleased there was a room available for mum as it is a great place. Everyone is very helpful and I couldn't wish for better. Thanks.

My mother chose Chaxhill Hall Residential Care Home due to their reputation. I can honestly say that I feel like the staff are my friends. They are so special and have treated Mother with such respect and dignity, giving her as many choices as possible during these last few years.

I am so thankful to the management and all the staff who have made my caring for my mother safe, clean, easy and far more comfortable.

My sister and I can't thank Chaxhill Hall Residential Care Home staff enough for the wonderful care our mum received, from arriving nearly six years ago to her recent passing. Throughout she was treated with compassion, dignity and as an individual with her own character and unique needs. The home was always clean and welcoming with a friendly, family atmosphere. The staff are truly amazing - everyone in the team - they always go above and beyond. Our mum really felt at home, was very content there and was truly well looked after.

The manager and her staff were very caring and considerate to our mother during her stay at Chaxhill. They kept us fully aware of her health and welfare during very trying times and were without a doubt incomparable in the care and compassion showed to us during her end of life care. Our family is very grateful to all the staff at Chaxhill for their kind and thoughtful attention to both our and our mother's needs whilst she was in their care.
