Overall Experience
My uncle moved to this care home from the other end of the country. The welcome he got was 2nd to none. The manager did all she could to get a true review of his care needs. It couldn't be faulted. Once he arrived everything was put into place quickly. His assessment was done and they went out of their way to let him settle into the home, even getting him things like black pudding for breakfast!

Unfortunately, the home was not suited to his needs through no fault of the home and we had to move him, but we are so grateful for the care he received whilst there and the way the home involved us with communication throughout. He may have only been there a month, but during that month we felt part of the family.
