Marie has devoted over 43 years to caring for others, building a career rooted in compassion, respect, and a genuine love for people. As a registered nurse, her journey has taken her through a wide range of roles—from working as a forensic nurse practitioner with the police, to the fast-paced environment of A&E in Bristol, to supporting children and families at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, as well as working in addiction services and community care. Each experience has shaped her deep understanding of what truly matters in delivering care.

In the past nine years, Marie has brought her knowledge and warmth into leadership roles as a Regional and Registered Manager in Social Care. She is deeply passionate about standing up for the people she supports, ensuring every individual feels heard, valued, and cared for in a way that is personal and meaningful to them.

At the heart of Marie’s work is her belief in people—both those receiving care and the teams providing it. She takes great pride in nurturing and supporting her teams, helping them grow in confidence and delivering the highest standard of care with kindness and dignity.

What Marie loves most is the human connection: the stories, the conversations, and the small moments that make each day unique. For her, care is never just a job—it’s a privilege. She feels incredibly fortunate to do work that she truly loves and cannot imagine choosing any other path.

Outside of work, I’m a family-focused person who loves spending quality time with my husband and two children, aged 16 and 18, along with our much-loved cockapoo. We love spending time in Bude, Cornwall.

I enjoy going out for meals, socialising with friends, and making the most of life’s simple pleasures. At home, I have a real passion for baking and cooking, often bringing people together through good food. I am known for being happy, friendly, and bubbly. I always carry a smile and enjoy creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere wherever I go.

Abi Nash is an experienced Customer Relationship Manager with over 10 years in sales, and 20 years in the hairdressing industry. She is known for her friendly, approachable nature and takes pride in building genuine, lasting relationships and always with the utmost respect for confidentiality.

As the first point of contact at Crystal Care Collection, Abi looks forward to welcoming you to Sherwell Manor and meeting new people, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and well cared for from the very start.

Outside of work, Abi is a proud mum to two teenagers and loves spending time on family holidays or at home with their new puppy, Dotty.
