Review from Phil M (Son of Resident) published on 18 July 2025 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
This is a small care home of about 14 residents, in an old but well maintained building.
The one thing that separates this home from others we have experienced is the staff the Manager leads.
They can't do enough for both residents and families and will go that extra mile if required.
I am very pleased my mother resides there and hope she will have many more years of enjoyment.

Thank you to all.

Review from Peter E (Son of Resident) published on 10 July 2025 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
Helpful staff member who emailed doctor at the doctor's surgery to request diagnosis of spot on mum's cheek, by a specialist.
Staff are usually available to answer queries regarding ongoing care.

We would like mum to be helped to sit outside whenever possible, according to the weather.

Reply from Michelle Carey, Registered Manager at Wisteria House

Thank you for your feedback this is always welcomed at Wisteria House. We have hard working members of staff that work tirelessly to make the residents day brighter. We will of course encourage more visits outside in the garden.
