Every time we visit we are greeted with a smile, they know who we are and are always helpful. Nothing seems too much trouble and despite difficult residents, they always have smiling faces. Rooms are clean and tidy, beds are always made up and its reassuring to know she's well looked after.

Could not praise the home and staff highly enough. All staff are caring, professional, knowledgeable and kind. Meals are balanced and nutritious, lots of variety too. Staff inform service users family of any issues immediately. A good description for Meadowcroft would be “Home from Home”.

I always feel my mom is being taken care of and treated with respect. On the rare occasion, I have raised a concern like when I felt the lightbulb in my mom's room was not bright enough, it was changed straight away. I have no concerns speaking to any of the excellent staff. Thank you.
