We visited our friend for the first time in this care home and we were very impressed. It is clean and spacious and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. It was nice to see our friend so happy. It was lovely to hear about the activities that they can take part in and so pleased that they are taken out shopping and for coffee. We came away very positive that our friend is in a very homely caring environment.

Our mom has been in The Cedar Grange Care Home for about three years now.
From August 2022, the new manager and deputy managers, all the staff have been amazing to our mom and with Mom's care.
One member of staff is a breath of fresh air to Cedar Grange and all residents and family in our eyes.
Managers and staff are all a credit to Cedar Grange, they work so hard from what we see.
We can always approach them with anything, nothing is too much trouble for them to help you or answer any questions we ask them regarding our mom.
At Cedar Grange, you can see the changes they have done so far to make it a lot more homely, new entrance is a lot more welcoming, and making progress of what they said they were going to do at family meetings we have.
Our dad has had his meals with our mom on a number of occasions, he always says how lovely and tasty the food is there.

We, as a family, know our mom is well taken care of, we can leave after every visit knowing this.

Here we are, another 18 months down the line, my Mum has been at Cedar Grange for 3 and a half years now. I have seen a lot of changes during this time, ownership, and management, and I'm happy to say these changes have all been positive. The place is now looking more homely, and Mum continues to thrive, smiling and laughing and very content! It's an absolute delight to see the level of care Mum receives, the manager and the team are doing an amazing job and I truly cannot thank them enough. Mum recently had her 90th birthday, for which we feel truly blessed and grateful because we have no doubt that if not for the care she is receiving at Cedar Grange our Mum would not have seen such an iconic birthday! We're pretty certain that she may yet get that telegram from the king!

It's so heartwarming to see how much Mum is loved and cared for, so again a massive thank you to all the staff at Cedar Grange, hereos! Each and every one of you!

The people at the home look after my mom very well and are very patient. The activities they provide are brilliant and keep my moms mind active. My mom had been at the home for nearly two years and has settled in well. This is thanks to the care proved. Thank you

We are currently awaiting the CQC inspection report after reporting this service for poor care and treatment. I have never in my 40 years in the care industry experienced such dreadful care and treatment of elderly people, my mum was a nervous wreck when we got her moved from there after only 3 days, she still has nightmares about the place. Please please check there report when it's available on-line before considering placing a loved one there because I would hate for other vulnerable people to have the same experience my mum had. Please read the evidence when it's available because I'm sure if there is any compassion in social care it will reflect the concerns I raised.

My husband moved in there in August and I go every day. My husband is clean and comfortable every time I go. Nothing is too much for them, whatever we ask them to do, the carers and staff are very helpful. My husband is very happy there and that makes me happy knowing he is getting the best care and Cedar Grange certainly do that.
