Ashley Court Care

My Mum resides at Ashley Court and has done for several years now, she always seems happy and well cared for each time I visit. The staff are always friendly and helpful even at busy times, they will always make time for you, if you need assistance in anything or to speak to someone.

Brilliant staff and management! They can't do enough and always greet mom (and us!) with a warm smile. The staff are hardworking and kind, and always find time for an encouraging word for the residents, whilst caring for them with utmost dedication. The home is well run, with the cleanliness of both the residents and the premises being a priority. Together with the facilities they provide, in conjunction with the needs/demands of the residents and their families, this all makes for a comfortable, happy atmosphere. No hesitation in giving them a thumbs up!

We are happy with our dad's care at this care home. His needs are being met and he is as comfortable as can be. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and take an interest in Dad's well-being. I'm happy with the care that Dad receives and think that he's well-suited here. The management are very interactive and hands-on, taking an active role in the day-to-day activities and care of residents and service users.

I can honestly say that the care we have had for our mum has been brilliant and the staff have all been really good and have gone beyond all expectations to look after our mum and could not ask for any more.

My father came to Ashley Court directly from hospital. Since being at Ashley Court his general health has improved. Staff are friendly, caring and professional. I recommend Ashley Court for their care of residents as well as support to the family.

All managers and staff are very understanding and are more than welcome to help in every way possible. Every staff member has gone above and beyond.
