Ashley Court Care is a residential care home for up to 41 Residents, providing personalised care in a homely environment, where each person is treated as an individual and with respect and dignity. The care home is ideally located close to the town centre and can be easily accessed from surrounding areas by public transport.

The 41 single rooms are equipped with en-suite facilities and residents can enjoy time relaxing or socialising in the home’s various lounges, conservatories and large, landscaped gardens. Ashley Court Care has an in-house hairdressing studio and offers residents access to other services including a doctor, optician, audiologist, dentist and chiropodist. Residents can take part in regular outings and activities.

The home provides long term and short term care, including respite care. It is also able to care for those living with dementia, working with families to provide the best experience possible.

The staff are very friendly and take an interest in Dad's well-being. I'm happy with the care that Dad receives and think that he's well-suited here. The management are very interactive and hands-on, taking an active role in the day-to-day activities and care of residents and service users.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding care my uncle has received from the deputy manager. Once my uncle moved into the care home, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, compassion and professionalism in attending to his needs. From the very beginning,
she took the time to understand my uncle's preferences, concerns and any specific requirements he might have, ensure a smooth and comfortable transition into the new environment.
Communication with our family has always been clear and transparent. She keeps us informed about my uncle's progress and changes in his care, and is always available to address any concerns or questions we may have. This level of attentiveness and responsiveness has provided us with immense peace of mind, knowing that my uncle is in such capable and caring hands.
Moreover, she goes above and beyond to create a supportive and respectful environment, treating my uncle with the dignity and kindness he deserves. It is evident that she genuinely cares about the well-being of all residents and her efforts have made a significant positive impact on my uncle's life.

My father came to Ashley Court directly from hospital. Since being at Ashley Court his general health has improved. Staff are friendly, caring and professional. I recommend Ashley Court for their care of residents as well as support to the family.

I can't thank you enough for all your support. Dad was really happy for the support. Dad wanted to make a special thank you to a member of staff for all her cooking, you really made Dad feel welcome.
