We are a smaller home but we are one big family we know our residents and their families like our own.
I really enjoy my work and if I can make my residents smile and laugh every day then its job is done!
My name is Marta, I have got NVQ 1 in Health and Social Care and I have been a Care Assistant at Froome Bank since 2014
I love spending time with our residents, listening to the interesting stories they share with all staff, support them in their day-to-day lives and with anything they need extra help.
I chose to complete my work placement at Froome Bank, I am currently studying Level 3 Health and Social Care at college. I enjoy building my knowledge on how to provide the best care for each individual resident.
