My Mother in Law is a permanent resident and been here for 2 years. The facilities are very good, it has been undergoing extensive redecorating and refit and updating security around the home. It boasts a lovely dining area with several tables and chairs with a cafe look to it. They have an open plan very airy community day lounge with large tv and where activities take place to help stimulate the residents eg skittles, sing songs with residents taking part with musical instruments, crosswords, word search, drawing and various craft sessions. Those who are able, take part in day trips. The care and support provided to both residents and family is excellent. The family is regularly updated about care your resident requires. They have a regular hairdresser and podiatrist. The residents love sitting out overlooking the garden's whenever possible. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with tv if required. The management and staff are very helpful and approachable. Thank you to everyone.
Thank you so much for a lovely review, I will be sure to pass this onto the team, it really helps that we have so many supportive families
There is a lot of laughter at Teme Court. Everyone does their absolute best to make everyone's lives just that bit happier, including mine. I feel a privately owned home such as this has so much more scope to be flexible. I am not exaggerating when I say " should I win the Lotto, I would not move Dad.
It is a pleasure to support both you and Dad, great families make a big difference to us and we are really lucky to have some fabulous relatives. I will be sure to pass on your lovely comments to the team

My mum has lived happily at Teme Court for some years, having all her needs met. In the last year her health has declined considerably. The staff here have cared for mum as if she was one of their own family. The care she has received has been with so much kindness, dignity and tenderness. Management are always available to deal with any query and very approachable.
Thank you for your kind words, I will be sure to pass this onto the team, was a pleasure to support you and mum
Mum has been at Teme Court now for 2 years, we thought we may lose her but she is happy and as healthy as she can be now. She has friends in the home and nothing is too much trouble for the staff here, always a friendly face and the food always looks & smells delicious. We are really grateful for the support & guidance we have received.

The care and support that Mum received at Teme Court has been excellent. The staff were very aware of her medical and emotional needs. He spent his last years before his death with the wonderful, warm and caring staff at Teme Court Care Home.
He enjoyed his time there, the staff and the food.
I was always treated with kindness and respect when visiting. We went out when possible.
Thank you Teme Court, it meant so much to both of us.
Thank you for your kind words, I will be sure to pass this on to the team.
Our Mum was resident a of Teme Court for 4 years, and the improvements made under new management have been evident. In our family's eyes, the most important aspect of Mum's care has been the Staff, and the Staff at Teme Court have been wonderful in providing loving care, treating Mum with dignity and respect, and always having a cuddle with her, warm words. Our Mum loved that it was a small home, so it felt intimate and friendly. During the last few days of Mum's life, Staff went above and beyond and supported us as a whole family. They ensured our mum's end was peaceful and pain-free. We cannot thank them enough, and we have valued their care of Mum, making her last few years happy and safe. Thank you.
Thank you, it was a pleasure to look after Mum. I will pass on your kind words to our team.
Teme Court has made some really good improvements to the building itself over the last few years, which has made visiting a much more pleasant experience. The team has also improved massively under the management, and they provide fantastic care for my mum. Communication is very good, which I really appreciate. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind words and thank you for helping us to support your mum. I will be sure to pass on your lovely comments to the staff team.
Good staff, all very helpful and welcoming, who show obvious care for the residents.
Thank you for your review. I will pass on your comments to our hardworking staff.
Very satisfied with the care received. All the staff are very friendly, excellent.
Thank you for the above review, I will pass on your comments to the team.
200 words seem not enough to be able to describe Teme Court Care Home. My husband has been in here a few months now, I cannot fault the staff and the management, they work endlessly to provide the very best of care for him and all other residents. Nothing is too much trouble. The level of care in my eyes is one of the best I've ever seen. Having worked in this line of work myself, I know what to look for and I don't have to look, it's an amazing place.
Thank you so much for your fabulous review; I will be sure to pass this on to the team. It is always a pleasure to read such positive comments.
The physical building, following the recent renovations, now provides a bright clean and fresh space which supports the comfortable friendly atmosphere of the whole house.
My thanks to all members of the Teme Team for making this possible.
Thank you for your kind words, I will be sure to pass this onto the team, it is a pleasure to look after your brother.
Teme Court was undergoing renovations when Mum became a resident. These are complete now and it turned out lovely. The staff are very attentive and welcoming, no one was left waiting for any length of time and meals were varied and plentiful. Modern rooms with newly fitted bathrooms were bright and functional with stair or lift access to the first floor. The owners were generally always on hand if the staff could not answer a query. No garden access which was a bit of a letdown.
Thank you for your review. It was a pleasure looking after your mum and I will pass on your kind words to the team. We are currently working on making our garden more usable for our residents and hope to have this completed by the summer. In the meantime, we have started using our private front courtyard area more and more when the weather allows. Bring on some sunshine!
Mum has been at Teme Court Care Home for 3 years now. Over this time she has been consistently looked after courteously and with dignity. Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful smiley staff, always so helpful, and accommodating. The food provided looks first class with excellent choices different every day. With my thanks and my family for your first-class care.
Thank you for your kind words, I will be sure to pass this on to the team. Its a pleasure to look after your mum.
The staff at Teme Court Care Home are such an amazing team. I cannot praise them enough for their kindness and caring to my uncle for the years that he was a resident with them. The care home manager and the director were always there to give, not only my uncle but myself also, the support when times were difficult.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Our team work hard to reach the standards that we set and a review like yours makes it all worthwhile.
Since the appointment of the new manager and new owner, this has changed substantially the management and improvements to the care home from poor to excellent.
Thank you for your kind words. I will pass on your comments to the team.
I have been visiting a friend here for 7 years and has been well cared for. Since a change in management, there is a noticeable difference. There is a happy friendly atmosphere with carers always visible and ready to help. The new decor in the entrance hall and visitors lounge is beautiful. I cannot comment on activities as my friend does not want to do 'activities'. Always welcomed with a smile when I visit.
Thank you for your kind words, I will be sure to pass this on to the team.
