Hayley & Claire were so helpful and kind in assisting us in getting our mum out of hospital. The kindness and support from the nursing staff was very reassuring. I have only positive things to say.

In March my sister coming up for a special 80th birthday in April. She is learning disabled. All the staff including housekeeping, nursing, caring staff and admin, look after her special needs and she wants for nothing. She has full attention night and day. They all worked hard to make her birthday the best she could have.

My friend has lived in Arden Grange for a few months now. I visit her weekly, the home has a nice atmosphere and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. The care provided to my friend is top class and the carers are very kind and compassionate, I've never heard the carers speak sharply to a resident or be impatient with them, my friend is happy here which is most important. The door to the managers office is always open (unless they are genuinely unavailable) and the manager and her assistant are always happy to listen to any concerns I have (which are noted and dealt with) and answer any questions, they don't make me feel rushed or like I'm a nuisance. I highly recommend Arden Grange

Staff are pleasant, approachable and kind. Dad is well looked after and it gives peace of mind to know he is getting 24 hour care and the carers are there looking after his welfare. The GP's surgery is nearby and the home is in a quiet countryside location, with plenty of birds on the feeders. Dad particularly likes it when there is entertainment or a religious service /hymns as this breaks up the day and adds interest. They mark important days like Rememberance Day and have fun on not-so-important days , like Hallowe'en, which is great.

I can't thank all the staff here at Arden Grange nursing home for looking after my father-in-law after a stroke. They were beyond helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend the home, so caring and compassionate, they have been a lifesaver and my father-in-law was very emotional leaving to go back home. Thank you all again to the manager and her team.

I regularly visit an elderly friend who has dementia and has lived at the home for a few months now. She always looks happy and has a good relationship with all staff. She looks forward to having her hair and nails done. The staff have become like friends to her and always welcome me when I visit. We can stay in the lounge or move to an adjoining room if we want to play a board game etc.

I'm also part of a team that provides a monthly Christian service and the encouragement and care shown to all residents who attend is heartwarming.

Although my father was only a resident for a short time all the staff made him feel very welcome and comfortable. On my visit I found all staff to be friendly, caring, compassionate and hard-working. They looked after visitors as well as the residents. My father was happy there with this very special bunch of people caring for him.

My mother went to live at Arden Grange Nursing Home in August 2023 due to dementia and complex health issues. The staff are absolutely fantastic and their attention to detail is impeccable and the meals are fantastic. All the residents have a good choice of what they want to eat, and specialised dietary needs are met each day. The manager, nursing staff and administrators keep me in the picture at all times and discuss problems as they arise. Many thanks Team Arden.

Arden Grange is a nursing home in beautiful surroundings near Bridgnorth in Shropshire. Has very attentive staff, who are cheerful and conscientious.
Three meals a day, with snacks and as much tea and coffee as you would like.
You have your own room and space, and individual bathroom, there are locks to prevent wandering off. It is very peaceful.
I stayed here to recover from an acute illness that prevented me from walking. Two weeks of being pampered and given encouragement left me in a better place. I am now able to walk without a frame and/or stick.

They have activities here too, singing, dancing and other creative and stimulating pastimes. This nursing home is recommended by me.

My beautiful mum passed peacefully away at Arden Grange Nursing Home on 28th December 2022 after living there for 6 years. She was very well cared for and build great relationships with the staff. She had Parkinson's and was a sharp as a button until the last few weeks of her life. I've also had a great relationship with the home during that time - they are like family. During Covid, when it was so hard not being able to see Mum, we still had video calls to keep connected - the home did everything they could to keep us connected in a very difficult situation. When Mum got really ill a few days before she passed, the staff at the home were incredible in the care of my mum and they also supported me at a very difficult time. When mum passed, there was myself and the staff that had loved and looked after mum so well. They took such wonderful care of her and the love in the room when she passed was phenomenal.I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you for all you do with love.

We would like to say how well my late husband was cared for by all the staff at Arden Grange, especially during his passing the care was second to none to both my family and to him. All staff were knowledgeable and caring and we can't fault the care and attention given over the last 2 years from the Arden Grange staff and management.

My mother first came to Arden Grange Residential Care Home March 6th 2015, she was not expected to survive for longer than a few weeks, she has now been at Arden Grange for 19 months. We believe that this is due to the care and attention she receives from all the staff at Arden Grange. We are also treated with respect and kindness when we visit also we are kept informed about all mother's health and medication, if she is unwell a doctor is asked to see her and we are informed as soon as possible. We have been very happy with mother's care and do not think there is anywhere else that she would like to be.

My dad aged 93 passed away early July, he had been living at Arden Grange since October 2015, he suffered from dementia, I couldn't have wanted him to be cared for in a better place.
The wonderful ladies and gents who looked after my dad on a daily basis are outstanding, their kindness and compassion was second to none.
My dad's room was lovely and bright, large and airy, it has 3 windows and a separate toilet and wash basin, it was spotlessly clean as are all area's of the nursing home.
The residents sit together in the lounge so there is always someone to chat to, there are board games, books and a TV.
A special mention for the fantastic choice of lovely home cooked food, biscuits and cake.

Thank-you to the wonderful team at Arden Grange for the genuine affection shown to my dad and for the fun and laughter, it's a happy place with fantastic people.

My Aunt is 96 and has been a full time resident since October 2015. I am so impressed with Arden Grange the carers, nurses, admin staff and management, it's never to much trouble their quite simply caring people. There is a lot of staff on duty at all times which is fantastic always on hand for the residents needs. My Aunt is not the easiest person but they are brilliant with her.

I would totally recommend Arden Grange, the best nursing home I've been in, it's not the newest home but it's never smells, it's spotlessly clean, and what matters most they really do care.
