Linden Grange is a purpose-built care home located at Hartshill in Nuneaton providing Residential Care and Care for those living with Dementia.

Within easy travelling distance of Coventry and the surrounding areas near Nuneaton, it was designed and built in 2004 to specifically to meet the changing needs of residents whilst providing the highest standard of care.

With a maximum of 35 residents, the highly trained team of caring staff try to understand the character, history and interests of every single resident in their care.

Nutritious, healthy meals are prepared for residents with dietary requirements catered for.

Family and friends are always welcome.

My mum and I feel that we were very fortunate to find Linden Grange. Mum has been a resident in this excellent care home for over 5 years and has recently celebrated her 95th Birthday. Mum is very content, praises the team for their kindness and caring approach and speaks highly of the meals provided.
From my perspective I feel that the manager is excellent with a highly committed team. On the odd occasion where I have felt the need to raise concern, the manager and the senior members of the team are not only approachable but keen to resolve issues. During the year prior to making Linden Grange her home, Mum had not only suffered 4 serious falls but was also struggling with her mental well-being. I can honestly say I feel that had Mum not moved into Linden Grange I would not now have my mum to visit. Mum is safe and content, her social and well-being needs are met and that makes me very happy. I can’t thank the manager and her team enough.

When I first approached the home, we knew my mother was in need of specialised support. After making what may have sounded like a desperate call for help, the care home assessor arrived and genuinely listened to my concerns and then met my mother. Within hours, Linden Grange confirmed that they had
capacity to home my mother and take care of her needs. They were kind and caring throughout this process and within a couple of weeks, my mother had settled into a spacious room. When we visit now (our visits are unannounced), she always appears clean, with well-kept hair - thanks to the salon that is located on-site. She sits pert and cross-legged on her bed and maintains a conversation with vast improvement to her short-term memory. She tells me that she enjoys good relationships with her fellow residents and has her favourites amongst the staff. The positive transformation is phenomenal and we remain forever grateful for the attentive care shown to us all.

Linden Grange has been looking after my aunt for around twelve months and in this time they have helped her with hearing aid problems by liaising with the hospital, some emergency spectacle repair as well as making her feel safe and secure, which she was no longer able to do at home. She has enjoyed
the activities including arts and crafts for which she now has a couple of little trophies!
The home is bright and clean and staff friendly so we always feel welcome visiting.

My first impression of Linden Grange was very good.
Mum has only been there just over two weeks but all the staff and managers have been really caring, kind, and respectful. Anything Mum has needed medically and personally they have dealt with straight away.

Linden Grange is a lovely care home managed and run by a team of very kind and considerate people who treat the residents like their own family. I owe them a huge debt of gratitude for looking after my mum for 5 and a half years. Families of residents can visit at any time of the day without notice

My grandparents have found a real home at Linden Grange. They are treated as individuals with respect and are able to be together at a time of their lives when they both need additional help and support. Linden Grange staff care for them, making connections with their personalities and learning how
to support them best for their individual needs.
It lifts a heavy burden on my family, knowing they are well looked after so that we can focus our time on enjoying seeing them and being a family together.

Linden Grange looked after my mother for the final few weeks of her life. She was 97 years old and certified blind. She was treated with great care, compassion and understanding.

My nan was taken in Linden Grange in 2018 and we could never fault the home. Nothing was ever too much for the staff. The home is lovely and does various activities and entertainment. Even through covid, the staff made sure that the residents were always entertained and having fu.

Mum took a turn for the worse on the 26th August. She was really ill, sicking up awful stuff and having little fits. The carers were faultless in their care. The doctor came out in the afternoon to see her and she was very poorly. The doctor wanted her to go into the hospital and, as she was near to
death, we wanted her to stay in the home. The doctor was adamant hospital would be best, but the manager talked to him about Mum's wishes. So she stayed at the home and in the night she died. We went to see her and she had a clean bed, clean clothes, her hair brushed and someone put a posey of real flowers in her hand. Beautiful.

My mother was transferred from another care home I could not believe how much better the accommodation standard was. My mother settled in almost straight away. She is much happier and she looks so much healthier. At the other home, every visit she was in bed asleep, not now, she is always sitting up
drawing, reading or watching TV, etc which is a lot better for her mental health. Well done team.

The care, love and support my mum received from the start of the care to her final hours was second to none. The compassion and empathy was amazing with all staff going above and beyond. The home has a wonderful inclusive family atmosphere and can not be faulted on any level. The support and kindness

Family always re-assured about Mum's care, always friendly and accommodating to Mum's needs. Mum always seems happy, well cared for. Room is always kept very clean and laundry is done regularly to a high standard. Staff are always on hand to answer any concerns. Always re-assured that Mum is given
plenty of time with the staff for a friendly chat. Hardest thing we did as a family was to put Mum in care, but definitely right choice.

My experience of Linden Grange has only been positive from the time my husband became a resident. The staff from management through to cleaning staff are all excellent nothing is too much trouble everyone is treated with respect and residents are kept safe at all times. I can only offer my thanks to
them all, I have never heard a bad word regarding this lovely care home.

My mum came to Linden Grange nearly 4 years ago after having falls at home. As she now has dementia she needs lots of care but I am satisfied that all her needs are met. The home is clean and carers are always friendly. COVID has been a testing time for everyone, but the manager has taken it in her
stride and all have worked very hard to keep it out.

My Mum has been a permanent resident at Linden Grange for over a year and I am very happy with the care that she is receiving. Linden Grange is a modern environment with comfortable rooms, good food and well-organised activities. Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, I was able to visit Mum whenever I wanted
and I was always made to feel very welcome by the staff. I have been able to stay in touch with Mum this year via FaceTime or WhatsApp and I am very grateful to the staff who have facilitated this. I am sure that this year has been a very difficult one for all care homes with all the extra work involved in maintaining covid security but Linden Grange have handled it admirably and I feel secure in the knowledge that Mum is safe and happy at Linden Grange.

My father was a resident at Linden Grange care home and I can not praise all the staff and management enough. They went above and beyond for my father's care and he was treated with utmost respect and dignity and care from the day he arrived to the day he passed. I personally found the decision to place
my father into a care home very difficult but I should not have worried as he was still his cheeky self until the end and that is down to the care and love he was given from day one. We could visit dad as many times a day as we needed to and we were always welcomed with open arms - until covid hit and then the staff found ways around for us to see my father by not breaking protocols and we had visits through the glass in his bedroom window. Even though we could not touch we could still laugh and talk and that gave both dad and us great comfort.

I cannot praise Linden Grange enough. My granma lived here for over 4 years and received good care, we were welcomed in at any time and nothing was too much trouble. At the end stages, the staff supported my granma and my family with dignity and respect. It's a lovely modern home with outstanding facilities
and I cannot thank all the staff enough for all their care and support, I'm not sure I would have got through some of the stages of my granma's illness without them. I have experience in dementia but when it's family it's so difficult and the staff just made it a little easier. I'm eternally grateful and I'm sure my granma would be too.

My nan has lived at Linden Grange for approx 6 months now following a fractured hip and several hospital admissions whilst in her own home. Coming to terms with the fact that nan needed full-time care was traumatic for our family as she has lived in her house for many years and we didn't want her to
be upset by having to move. Watching nan settle into life at Linden Grange has made the process a lot easier and she now reports she would rather stay there than go home. The building is clean, comfortable and homely and (most importantly) the staff treat nan with kindness and respect. They have lovely lounges, a hairdressers and a small kitchen area where you can make a cup of tea or sit with your loved one when you visit. I would 100% recommend Linden Grange to anyone looking for care for themselves or a loved one.

Warm, caring, clean, considerate and happy is how I describe my father's new home. He is treated with the respect and kindness that gives me comfort and reassurance that, not only his welfare is cared for, but his dignity. The home goes over and beyond in assuring a happy, friendly atmosphere is maintained.
This is led from the top to the bottom, every member of the team appears to believe they are part of a family, and this means my father is also treated as their family.

We appreciate the value of every individual and are guided by our commitment to provide excellence in every aspect of our Resident's personal care.


We acknowledge the importance of respecting each Resident’s uniqueness and their personal needs. We aim to provide friendly and professional care and support in our beautiful homely surroundings at an exceptionally high standard.


All staff undertake training updates to ensure we continue to deliver a service of the highest quality that improves and sustains the Residents’ overall quality of life. We achieve this by providing exemplary physical and emotional care for each of our Residents with respect to their privacy, dignity, safety and security.

I started my career at Linden Lodge Nursing Home in 2003 as a kitchen assistant weekend job whilst still at school.


Linden Lodge encouraged me to go to catering college where I trained to be a cook.


During my time at Linden Lodge I have steadily improved my skills and am now Head of Catering for all Linden Care Homes Ltd and am responsible for the standard of catering in all three homes. I have been here for 18 years and I love my job.
