Knock knock?
Theft from inside and outside my room.
Right of free speech in Loughborough when an MP was in attendance and cancellations of direct debits, signing me up for Sky TV.
Admitting and denying all of the above.
If the Manageress knocked many persons doors you may not let her in. JW
My brother was recently transferred to Old Station Close from his previous placement, and not before time too. The positive change in him has been very apparent and very fast. As a former staff nurse, I'm able to get a feel for a healthcare environment, and Old Station Close is brilliant. I even enjoy visiting to get a boost for my own well-being. A relaxed, caring atmosphere where everyone seems to be at ease, residents and staff alike. Frequent updates by email with photos of all the activities going on, in and out of house and it is quite evident that positive behaviour support is top of the agenda here.
I can't fault this home in any way. Must be one of the best.
Fantastic caring staff team, we couldn’t have asked for better. Supported both the service user and our family as much as possible. Arranged trips, coordinated doctors and hospital visits. Always went the extra mile.
Amazing care provider. How care should be - very knowledgeable of my son's autistic spectrum and complex needs. Very professionally run. My son is the happiest he has ever been and I have peace of mind that his needs are being met. I would highly recommend Beacon Lodge.
Whenever I have visited my sister the staff have always been courteous and welcoming and answer any questions I have had. The facilities always are clean. I saw my sister's bedroom which had been recently decorated and my sister I believe had been involved in the colour scheme decisions.
My brother is well cared for and the staff are always cheery and helpful.
This is one of the best care homes (I did look at many before my son settled here). He is extremely happy and the staff go the extra mile to make sure everyone has all they need.
Over the years I used to discuss with my late wife all the aspects that I have ticked. We were very happy with everything.
