Whetstone Grange has been exceptional for my gran. From the very beginning, the staff made her feel at home, and she settled in far quicker than we ever expected. The carers are genuinely kind, attentive, and respectful - nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The home itself is always spotless, the food is great (my gran always mentions whenever I visit her), and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged and happy. The communication with our family has been brilliant too - we're always kept in the loop and made to feel welcome when we visit. I honestly couldn't ask for more. Since the new owners took over - and especially since the new manager came in - the home has had a complete makeover. It's been transformed! The new garden is absolutely lovely and such a peaceful space for residents and visitors alike. The Garden Party was well worth it with all the smiles! The whole place feels fresh, modern, and full of life.
The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the activities are fantastic - they really go the extra mile to keep residents engaged and happy. Every visit is a pleasure, and I always leave feeling reassured and grateful. I can't recommend Whetstone Grange highly enough.

From the moment he arrived, the team at Whetstone were wonderful - kind, caring, professional, patient and understanding. They treated dad (and everyone I saw) like family - encouraging him to socialise, making sure he was content and happy when in his (very pleasant) room, which he loved, especially the view he was fortunate enough to have. The home is clean, fresh, light and inviting, good food and has improved no end since being under new management. I can wholeheartedly recommend Whetstone Grange.
