As yet, with only meeting my daughter in the pod, I can't remark on certain things. My daughter is happy and the staff are very good and I am satisfied all is well.
I have been involved with White Acres Care Home for 12 years. The present management is excellent, every resident is cared for to their own special needs, a happy home where residents look out for one another. I cannot fault the care given to my brother.
My brother has been a resident for approximately 10 years and the level of care is excellent.
My brother has lived at White Acres for several years and I have nothing but praise for the staff here. He has had various problems concerning his general state of health and his inability to communicate, but the White Acres staff have all shown him great sympathy, patience and gentle care, much to his benefit throughout. Also, they have been prompt to call in professional medical attention on several occasions. I have total confidence in the competence and dedication of the staff and I give top marks to White Acres.
All in all it is a pleasure to visit White Acres.
I have been involved with White Acres for about 5 years. One of the residents is a friend whom I used to work with before I retired. We have a day out together once a month so I visit White Acres then and on open days. White Acres is a friendly, welcoming place. The staff are good people, kind, approachable. The residents are happy, relaxed. The meals are varied and good. The atmosphere in the home is excellent.
