Over all time Beechlands has 10 reviews.
And they have good communications with me concerning her.
Friendly and helpful staff.
I was invited to join the residents on an outing, I found the staff very polite and welcoming and the manager very positive. The residents interacted with the staff saying how much they enjoyed themselves.
The staff should keep doing what they are going, They have provided me with excellent support and I am looking forward to moving into my own flat because of their help.
The staff are friendly and professional on all levels. The support levels are amazing with particular reference to the recent introduction of a 'POD' to allow visitors access to family. The 'POD' is clean, warm, safe and definitely covid restrictions in place.
Thank you to all of you. You are amazing.
Very nice staff, one of the best people I have seen around. Very lovely and caring. They are down to earth 10 out of 10.
I enjoy going out.
I don't like being in one place too long.
I love outings.
I love entertainment.
I love my friends here and family.
We have been very pleased with the care and support our son has received at Beechlands. The staff are approachable and professional. The accommodation is lovely and the facilities are good. His room is spacious and has everything he needs.
Our daughter resides at Beechlands where the carers are very good and caring and kind to her. Management do everything they can. I think the garden area needs a good tidy up, it could look beautiful with a little care perhaps the residents could help and give them something to do. When my daughter arrived at Beechlands the meals were cooked in house and they were lovely, they are now brought in and to be honest I could not eat them, she does not eat them because she is a good cook and used to better. I find the home to be very clean and her room is kept very nice by the staff. I don't like finding fault with anything or anyone but I am truthful, I feel sorry for the management as they can't do any more than they do.
We are very happy with the care that my brother-in-law is receiving. We find the staff very helpful and understanding.
