Dad has been at Gokul since November 2024. I have noticed a massive change at Gokul since Kartik + Jainil took over. The staff have always been friendly, and they have taken very good care of my dad since 2024. However, my dad has had numerous visits in + out of hospital, and each time staff + management have placed things into place for my dad's needs... Kartik Jainil + the team are always there to listen, help in any way we require additional help.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review of Gokul-Vrandavan. We're incredibly grateful for the trust you've placed in our team since your dad joined us. It's wonderful to hear that you've seen such positive changes and, most importantly, that you've felt supported by the team whenever...
my mum has been a resident at Gokul Vandravan for over 5 years, and they have exceeded our expectations. The enviroment is very homely. The cooks prepare lovely, nutritious food. The activity coordinator is incredibly creative, always knowing exactly how to stimulate and bring a smile to my mum's face. At the heart is a exceptional manager who goes above and beyond for our family. Thanks to the low staff turnover the team truely knows my mum. Every single person-including Care team, Admin, cooks, cleaning staff are incredibly friendly. They are patient and caring which gives us complete peace of mind.

Staff are always friendly and polite. The food here is top notch and my mother loves it. Good thing is my mother gets showered everyday in the morning and she has the traditional break fast in the morning. She also loves to sit near the temple (mandir) which is located within the home and can do her morning prayers. Overall this is an amazing place to stay for the Gujarati elderly.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We are delighted to hear that your mother is happy and comfortable at Gokul Vrandavan. Our team works hard to ensure everyone feels at home, and it's lovely to know she enjoys the food, her morning routine, and the special atmosphere around the mandir. Your kind words mean a great deal to us and we truly appreciate your trust and support.
My mother has been here for 4.5 years and seems to be quite settled. She has no mobility at all and is totally dependent on her carers to do everything for her and I feel her needs are met adequately. The staff are always pleasant and I have been able to discuss any concerns regarding mum's care with the manager to reach a satisfactory solution.
Thank you for sharing your experience. It's wonderful to hear that your mother feels settled at Gokul-Vrandavan and that her needs are being met with care and dedication. Our team is always here to listen and support, and we truly appreciate your kind words about their commitment. Your feedback means a lot to us!
I just wanted to say thank you, to all the staff that look after my mum. She loves the chats and laughs she has with the friendly and caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they treat my mother like their own. The new changes brought in by the new owners, the ladies, the activities coordinator, are a welcome treat for her and all the residents. She always looks forward to showing me the things she has made. Once again, a big thank you to all the lovely staff for giving my mum a home from home, we as a family really appreciate all the things you do.
Thank you for your kind words. It's wonderful to hear your mum feels at home and enjoys the chats, laughs, and activities. We're delighted she loves showing you her creations. Your feedback means a lot to us!
An amazing and absolutely beautiful care home. Credit to the new owners and management they are really putting a positive spin on caring for the Indian community despite the stigma attached to placing the elderly in a care home. The staff are always taking care of my grandma with everything she wants and needs. Thank you team for everything.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We're truly grateful for your appreciation of the care we provide and are especially honoured to support the Indian community with compassion and respect. It's heartening to hear that your grandma feels so well cared for and that our staff is attentive to her...
One of the staff who works for the care home is the most attentive, caring, passionate and effective towards her service users, the service received at all times has been 10/10 and deals with issues and inquiries immediately without any hesitation. I wouldn't fear one bit leaving loved ones with her. Only if all health care workers were as excellent as her people wouldn't have any fear and doubts about care homes, she should clearly be rewarded and put forward for the carers award that happens.
Thank you for such a glowing review of our staff member. We are truly fortunate to have such a dedicated and compassionate individual on our team. It's wonderful to hear that her care and attentiveness have made such a positive impact and your words beautifully capture her passion and commitment to...
It is very nice and clean place especially for elderly. All the staff are very supportive and friendly.
