Review from Susan W (Sister of Resident) published on 7 June 2021 Submitted via Postal Card • Report
Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My sister, unfortunately, has not had the best experiences in earlier care homes. This home, she is clean, safe and well looked after. The unfortunate pandemic has curtailed activities for her and contact with family as for everyone else. Can't say about her meal plan as I don't visit during meals.
Also, she does need some encouragement to participate in some activities.

Review from D P (Friend of Resident) published on 21 May 2021 Submitted via Postal Card • Report
Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My friend has been well cared for, over the years I've been visiting him, and he seems very happy there. We have taken him out on a regular basis since 2005 when his mother died unexpectedly and will carry on doing this as soon as conditions allow us to do so.
