In my opion the staff go above and beyond in the care given to my mother. The fact she has advanced deminta, that presents its own challenges, the staff meet these head on.
The Building over the last year has been redecorated and modernized, which it needed. But outside areas do still need work to make safe environment for residents to enjoy. Staff are fantastic at The Beeches, cannot praise them enough. Friendly, professional, caring and understanding. Just not enough of them.
Ever since my dad moved there, he had improved greatly. Looks better, more happier. The care he gets in brilliant, well looked after and any communication from the home to myself is brilliant. The samraff are very friendly, and always smiling. I highly rate the home as ive had no complaints from me and my dad.
Thank you for your kind review and for taking the time to share your experience. We are happy to know that your experience has been a positive one. Your support means a great deal, and we remain committed to upholding the standard of quality you described. Thanks again for the lovely feedback.
My mum is currently residing here, she is very happy there and we are extremely happy with the level of care she is recieving. We are kept up to date with all information regarding her care. We are always made welcome when we visit, nothing is too much trouble.
We always receive a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. My step father was originally sent to you from Hospital while awaiting a placement, but he liked your home so much he decided he wanted to stay at the Beeches.
The staff accepted his grumpy days which were frequent. If he felt unwell, he would never say, but they got to know him and would notice, and care enough to find out what was wrong and they would always update me if he was unwell between my visits. Highly recommend this home .
Thank you for your lovely review. He was a pleasure to care for.
My Mum has been a resident of The Beeches Care Home since 2022 and both myself and my family are very happy with the care that Mum receives. The staff in the home are all very friendly and welcoming (from the management down to all other staff), and my Dad is treated like one of the family when he visits Mum.
If there is ever a problem with Mum or her care needs change I am always notified very quickly about what has happened and the action that has been taken. Once a year I am asked to review Mum's care plans and these are always update to date in documenting the care that Mum needs.
Once, when my Dad was taken poorly whilst visiting Mum, they looked after both of my parents, ensuring that Mum was not distressed by what was happening and getting Dad the emergency medical care that he needed. During this time the staff treated my dad with care and dignity as they do with Mum all year round.
Thank you for taking the time to review the home. We have enjoyed caring for your mum and building positive relationships with her family members.
My Mum has been at the Beeches for 10 years, and is their longest serving resident. For all that time she has been well looked after, in a safe, caring environment, with excellent staff, food, and facilities. The staff are well trained, thoughtful, and caring. They always respond quickly to any issues arising, and keep relatives informed. The building has undergone a process of continual improvement, and has a very homely feel to it. All food is home made on site, and is tailored to the age of residents, and individuals. Visits can be made at any time, and visitors are always made welcome. All the resident appear happy, and I am confident my Mum is happy living there too.
Thank you for the kind review, we have loved caring for your mum for all these years. The Beeches
My mum was initially sent here for respite and the team could not be any more helpful and friendly than they are, nothing is too much trouble and I feel my mum is looked after very well. She is now a permanent resident and she feels like she is cared for in the best way possible. Thank you to all the staff
Thank you for your kind words and taking the time to provide a review.
Staff are very pleasant and friendly and solve any issues that arise.
Have peace of mind
Thank you for taking the time to give us a review and for your kind words.
The carers and management are wonderful and every day they would go and sit with Mum even just for a chat.
The food is all home cooked on the premises by a lovely lady and everyone enjoys the meals.
Mum's had her nails cut filed and even painted, and they have a lovely lady that does their hair.
I must say we have been so happy with the excellent care that Mum has received
There’s even a lady that goes in and sings to everyone and plays a guitar.
Everyone that can gets up and dances, even the carers dance with everyone.
We just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the carers and management that have looked after my mum.
They will always be in our hearts as she was treated like family.
My friend was a resident for nearly 2 years. While at The Beeches, she received excellent care. The food was first class with plenty of choice. The care was from kind and caring staff. As next of kin, I was always kept informed of any problems or medication change and my views respected. In December my friend became poorly and she was cared for with real care and dignity. My family and I where made welcome at any time to sit with her. Sadly she passed away on Christmas day. I know she was well cared for in her last hours and was not alone which is great comfort to us. I will miss the friendships I made there with the staff.
