Beech House caters for elderly people who are in need of care and attention, similar to that which would be given by a caring relative in their own home. They provide it 24 hours a day and are committed to providing a quality service to a tight knit community and only recruit people who share the same values and determination to deliver this promise.
Prices are all inclusive (per week) except for personal treatments such as chiropody and hairdressing - but both services are offered on-site. Our hairdresser comes weekly and our chiropodist monthly.

The staff are caring and passionate about people’s rights and choices to promote individualised care. The wonderful activities coordinator is a bundle of energy and encourages the residents to get involved in lots of different activities. As a family, we 100% recommend this care home for your loved one. Being here gives us peace of mind.

Very caring staff, nothing was too much trouble for my dad's final weeks. His every need had been tended to with respect and empathy. From top to bottom, it felt like everyone cared for us as a family and Dad himself.

I have worked at Beech House for several years and now, as the registered manager, oversee the day-to-day running of the home alongside my senior staff team. My main priority is making sure that all of my ladies and gents are happy, safe and cared for/supported in the way they have chosen. I have a strong and committed team helping me to create a 'home from home' environment and see both the staff team and our residents like my extended family. I encourage family participation, feel privileged to be given the opportunity to care for their loved ones and ensure my door is always open.

I have owned Beech House since 2016 and have been delighted with how the management/care team has developed it into an award-winning home (East Midlands Care Home of the Year). My favourite saying is 'Whatever you are willing to walk past is the standard you are willing to accept' and the management of the home mirrors this.We are rated as OUTSTANDING by the CQC, band 5 (the best there is) by Nottinghamshire County Council and hold their dementia quality mark for outstanding dementia care - but I am most proud of the reputation we have locally.
