My mother in law came here from another care home. Once at Brailsford she thrived. She got to be her again and her personality came back. I honestly believe Brailsford House and the staff gave her a further year of her life. The staff were so compassionate both to her and us. They ensured her last Christmas was extra special. Not once did we feel uncomfortable visiting or asking questions.

He was treated with dignity and respect and on many occasions the staff went above and beyond to help him and nothing was too much trouble. I was always informed of any changes and concerns regarding my dad. I found the staff very approachable. Brailsford House is a lovely home and I only wish my dad could of stayed there.
